Selling such products and being rude wth customers is the worst customer service . We all work hard here n earn and n now all my money is wasted . They don’t care about their customers . Nobody but food stuff frm here pls

Juan and another that indian lady working with him closed the store at 7:50 on sept 15, 2024 and didnt allowed us to enter. Upon asking juan that it’s only 7:50 currrently he said yes but we are closing right now. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. Will email dollarama head office as well and will make sure higher ups are informed of this.

The older lady at the front has very rude behaviour, she was very rude to me , she thought i did not paid the money but later she figured out that it was paid, very pathetic customer service.
Will not be visiting this store again.!!!
