Water was not soapy during car wash, followed by very little water rinse. Didn't clean the front bumper and dirty water spots all over the windows.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by GANESH . He is employees at this Esso gas station. Every time I visit, they are consistently hardworking, polite, and efficient. Whether it's keeping the station clean, managing the register during busy times, or helping customers with a smile, their dedication truly stands out.
It's clear they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. Employees like this make a big difference, and it's always appreciated. Great job – keep up the excellent work!

Price is High comparing to other stations in the GTA. Horrible. Do not ever visit this station.

Horrible experience with the car wash, wish I can give this car wash negative number , the guy in the car wash station is a lazy fellow who should be kicked out from this gas station, the car in just in front of mine got stucked inside for 5-8 minutes looking for the assistance then he showed up, again the same issue happened with me and I literally had to wait for another 5-6 minutes and had to come out of the car went to his counter and he was killing time, there doing nothing. There were more than 8 other cars waiting

Most of the time may be 5 out of 5 has no paper at the pump station, also the staff at the counter has no idea about customer service

Never buy the car wash pass from esso. Lineups are incredibly long, it's out of service more than any other service out there
