Title: Exceptional Customer Service at Esso Gas Station by Manager AsadI recently had the pleasure of visiting the Esso gas station where I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever encountered, thanks to Manager Asad. From the moment I stepped into the station, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Asad, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.Asad's pleasant demeanour and friendly attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. He took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. His level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my entire visit.One thing that stood out to me was Asad's accommodating nature. He patiently answered all my questions, providing detailed information and ensuring that I felt comfortable with my choices. As a customer, I truly appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I had a seamless and stress-free experience.What impressed me the most was Asad's understanding of customers' needs. It is the worst car wash in ever experienced, the pressure water pipe had a huge leak ,soap was all over my car even after the wash, the dryer wasn’t working at all.. would never try this again

Giving this a 5 star for their staff. Sai was so helpful and so considerate. He was cleaning the pumps when I arrived and he was doing it with all his heart in -2 temp. I was having trouble filling my gas and he came and helped me instantly and stood there until I was done to make sure I didnt need more help. He explained everything to me thoroughly and with a big smile. I would return to this gas station just for the customer service he provided me with.

Stocking was getting better, love the staff. Whats made me rewrite my review today is AGAIN slushie machines OUT OF ORDER. So upset come on management it's summertime maintain one of your busiest selling points right now. Ridiculous.... going elsewhere!

Stop hiring unprofessional staff!!The car wash stopped working and the employee would answer the intercom because he has ‘EARPHONES’ on!After waiting for 15 minutes I went in and asked him if he can come out and fix the car wash, his response… I will clear up the counter queue first… it’s been 15 minutes since I had that conversation!!!!After waiting for 30 minutes the staff tells me that the car wash is broken and I can’t get a refund, just a credit.I live 45 mins away from the gash station! This place is a rig off!

Karan Cashier is so rude and he doesn’t know how to handle the customer service. He just argue and fight with customers for no reason.

Not very happy with the car wash. I just spent almost $30 to still find snow and ice on my truck. I could have done a better job myself at the coin wash.
