I was in Milton last month and used to visit this gas station almost every other evening. I’ve recently moved to St. Mary’s and while I was thinking of leaving a review, I came across a comment that really disappointed me.
Firstly, no one has the right to take pictures of staff without permission. Secondly, I was actually present when this incident happened. The lady was sitting on the floor right in front of the counter and asked for cigarettes. The staff member politely asked for her ID, but she refused and even said herself that she was too high.
When the employee calmly told her that without ID he couldn't sell her cigarettes and also requested her not to sit there, she started arguing. He still stayed polite. When he mentioned calling the police, she took his picture and threatened him. But as soon as she realized he was actually calling the cops, she ran out of the store.
From my experience, all the staff here are genuine, kind, and professional. Regular customers surely appreciate their friendly nature and good service. They deserve respect, not false accusations.

I am writing to formally report a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience I had at your 640 Martin Street location.
An employee named Rahul was extremely rude, disrespectful, and confrontational during my visit. His behavior was completely out of line—he spoke to me in a hostile manner and even went as far as to threaten to call the police on me without justification. This occurred just before the start of his shift and left me feeling completely disrespected and shocked.
In contrast, the staff member who worked before him, a young woman named Gangda Pradon (I may be spelling her name incorrectly), was truly wonderful—an absolute angel. She was kind, respectful, and demonstrated the kind of customer service that truly represents your brand in a positive light.
Rahul’s conduct, however, was disgusting and unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action, including possible termination. His behavior is a poor reflection on Circle K and Esso, and it left me with a very negative impression of your establishment. I will also be following up with your head office to ensure this is addressed appropriately.
Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution.

They don’t have working washrooms at this location. When asked why they were not working, the old guy behind the counter, with a big smile, sorry buddy. Worthless human beings running this establishment.

Turned off the pumps when I tried to get gas. Overall I think she assumed I was going to pump gas and leave without paying even after I came inside for a conversation, her demeanour was rude and accusatory. I went to the next Esso in town and it was a much better experience.

Convenient stop just off the 401 with many pumps. I appreciate the upgraded pumps which are faster than other gas stations I frequent. Convenience store is decent. If pay at the pump was working at all pumps, I'd probably give a 5 star rating.

This Esso gas station always has the cheapest gas in area and possibly in all of Milton. Extremely competitive as there are many other gas stations nearby. This location participates in Esso limited time promotions. I always save more with Optimum Points and banking with PC Financial, up to 10c/L! The only thing this station needs is a car wash. I am looking forward to seeing what it looks like after the removal of the Tim Hortons and renovations offering alcohol.

**BEWARE of MANY FALSE Gas Prices on this Google Map Gas prices info as well as on the GasBuddy site/app**Numerous members have posted **FALSE PRICES** solely for the sake of earning points (on GasBuddy).One of the **SCAMMERS** goes by the member ID "scottjwf" (an old-time GasBuddy member). On **February 27, 2024**, around **07:45 PM**, this individual posted incorrect prices for **ALL** gas grades at the Esso gas station located at **640 Martin St, Milton, ON L9T 3H6**. The "scottjwf" scammer posted the following false prices:- Regular: **$142.7/L**- Medium: **$164.3/L**- Premium: **$174.3/L**I also noticed that this individual posted prices for other gas stations around the same time, which I believe are also false.I personally visited the station and confirmed that he had manipulated the GasBuddy data.On the **ESSO Gas Station**, **640 Martin St, Milton, ON L9T 3H6**, the correct prices on **February 27, 2024**, by **9 PM**, are as follows:- Regular: **$139.7/L**- Medium: **$161.7/L**- Premium: **$171.7/L**I firmly believe that many scammers intentionally report false prices solely for the sake of earning points (on GasBuddy).And I FOUND this FRAUD so many times, posted at night time usually after 7PM.Consequently, if no action is taken against these scammers, either on Google Map prices info or on GasBuddy, then it is **USELESS** to trust Google Map & GasBuddy as reliable resources for gas prices.
