Way too many times I come here and they are out of gas. How does that keep happening? If you take over a busy spot you should be prepared. This keeps happening during winters. Dont even bother coming to this location

I think this should be a common sense for person who is working at night time there . If someone at this point of night 3:10 am asking you that can I use washroom and not just that I was ready to wait as the person who was working there said he is doing a deep cleaning . You should understand there should be an urgency right no need to be being rude without any reason u just a employee and its your duty to at least show empathy towards your work .

This is the WORST gas station in Milton:
#1 This Esso station is playing a trick by posting a lower price on a light box at the side of the road. But then you find a higher price at the pump.
#2 The pump often ran oout of paper receipt
#3 washroom is dirty most of the time
#4 staff lack of trainings.
#5 ALSO BEWARE!!
Esso have a promo with Optimum points, they tricking ppl of giving 10cents off/Litre for the first 40L. Don't fall into their trap!!
The prices at this Esso station, is always the highest in Milton. So you'll ended up paying more even with that 10cents off. Cheating customers in a cunning way.
STAY AWAY from this Esso at All times ! ! !

This location always has something going on. Car wash is either always broken or packed full of people, receipt paper always out at pumps (you want us to pay at the pump but can’t top up the paper…), rare there is washer fluid with squeegee for your windows, or there is no gas. It’s always something. The staff are nice enough but customer service only goes so far, this station is right off the highway…. it’s beyond frustrating having to go here when there are all these issues.
