If more than 5 starts was an option that is what I would be giving my Gorruds experience. Car shopping is typically a very tedious and stressful process. This is NOT the case at Gorruds Auto Group. Tyler Haynes made this experience fun and more importantly, completely stress free. I cannot recommend him enough. We left extremely happy and 100% satisfied with every aspect of this transaction. Thanks again. You have return customers for sure.

I have been buying cars and getting service at Gorruds for over 35 years. I just had to let everyone know that their service department is great. I have never been left feeling unsure of a result. If there is an issue it was fixed immediately. Had to give a special mention to Karyn, thank you for always being pleasant, professional and very helpful. The mechanics always return my vehicle in clean condition and of course operating properly.

We purchased a used Nissan Rogue SL AWD 2020 from Gorrud. Right from day 1, Naghy the sales guy was absolutely friendly and always available to answer our queries.
Then, Imran from finance was patient enough to clarify all our doubts, queries and even the second thoughts about the overall financing process. He also went above and beyond to explain various Extended warranty plans, until we all come to an agreement.
But anyhow I am happy with their outstanding service and I am happy with my car.

I have bought both new and used vehicles now with Gorruds. I can say that with each purchase they amaze me how easy the process was. They made it very professional and the service with Jeff was excellent. I have been to other dealerships and I can assure that their attention to customer satisfaction is paramount. This is what makes this dealership stand out from others who just want to move vehicles. My son is very happy with his Elantra.

When we were looking for a new used car for our family, we searched everywhere online in the Greater Toronto Area and we found a great deal with Gorrud's Auto Group. Our salesperson, Naghy, was friendly and absolutely no-pressure and helped us get an amazing amount on our vehicle trade-in. When some minor issues happened on the day of our pickup, both Naghy and the Sales Manager, Reg, went above and beyond to help us which we really appreciated. We're so happy with our purchase and would easily recommend Gorrud's to anyone.

My wife and I had a great experience at Gorrud's. We knew we wanted a mid-sized SUV with some luxury, about 4 years old with less than 100K kilometers. They had several vehicles that fit the bill, but we decided on a Mazda CX-9 2019 with 53k kilometers. AutoTrader rated the price as great, about 5,300 below average. Jon and Tyler both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and were very patient with us. We negotiated a trade-in value that I was happy with and put a down payment on the car.
Imran called us the next day and explained in detail several warranty and rust protection options that were available. I felt that these options were well worth the cost and we signed up for them. This extended our comprehensive and powertrain warranties for an additional five years, which is awesome!
Anyway, I am very pleased with my purchase and very pleased with the level of service that I received and will shop here again.
