Asian Lady at Great Clips is very rude and on the website it’s written that Great Clips provide shampoo, Blowout, styling, etc services and I was denied to provide those services. Also, Asian Lady deleted my name from the online checkin list without even properly asking what services i want. She finally did the shampoo but they don’t do Blow dry so i went out with wet hair. It was a worst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone…

This great clips is so terrible. I would never ever take my kids there. I just called and they hung up on me on purpose. You guys are the worst.

I recently had a haircut at Great Clips with Miss Iram, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. Not only did she seem clueless about proper haircutting techniques, but the result left me looking worse than when I came in. It's frustrating to leave a salon feeling ugly on what should have been a beautiful day.

Honestly, does not even deserve 1 star. The hair were cut uneven, which I had to trim after returning home. Did not cut as per what I had shown in picture and yet said it was my mistake that I said to cut the length short. Never going again!

Only the price is good, but the cutting is not what I asked for or anticipated. Asked the lady to trim only the extra hair like 1/4" but she trimmed more than 3/4" on one side and then to balance it both side she trimmed the same length on the other side. Not very happy.
