We have shopped here for quite sometime and love it. The staff have always been helpful in the past. When I went on Monday, I was walking around a corner to go down the aisle and a staff member was on a ladder stocking shelves and she had a cart in the way. I looked and remarked, hoping that she would be courteous and move it. She looked at me, and continued to stock her shelves, so I said " ok. I guess I will go all the way around". She continued to ignore me. I did not feel this was very good customer service, nor was it polite. The staff member at cash was also not very friendly. Even when I said " have a nice day", she muttered under her breath. Perhaps they were both having a bad day. It happens. But it was not pleasant.

Dealt with eczema and found a solution at Healthy Planet. Harsimrat guided me, suggesting natural, fragrance-free ointments without steroids for flare-ups. Along with skincare, she advised dietary changes. After a few months, I'm off steroids, and my condition has greatly improved. Grateful for the positive change!

Its always feel very nice whenever i visit the Milton Healthy planet. I would like to give a special thanks to Harsim she is very soft spoken and she help me for my needs. She educate me and gave some advice which inredibly help and cure.I will definately recommend to have some guidence whenever you visit Health Planet.

I have been to so many Healthy Planets and this location has the best customer service. From the moment I walked in it was such a positive experience. I was greeted by one of the associates right away and everyone overall was so helpful especially Harsim. She gave me so much advice in regard to my health concerns.

I normally go to healthy planet in Oakville, the Hyde park location. They are very nice and helpfull at the Oakville location and the workers over there are the ones that told me if I had a gym membership I can get an extra 10% off, I had no idea. Any gym membership. So when I was at the Milton location I told the girl at cash I have a gym membership, she was really unfriendly and said only if your membership is the orange gym next door. Why is one healthy planet accepts any gym membership but another healthy planet only accepts gymMembership that is next door. Isn’t healthy planter the same as any location healthy planet. I mean the sales and promotions are all the same at all locations so what’s the problem.

Let me star whit that I love Healthy planet. But yesterday experience at this location was beyond unbelievable. There customer service is beyond non. I was willing to overlook that the person in charge went and interrupted sales person talking to us by asking about some training they did. And when we thank them for help there was not respons. When we went to go check out in middle of me sentence giving them my phone number for membership, this person now cam to cashier and interrupted me agin and she ignored me and start communicating whit him. I newer in my years saw such a disrespect to customer. I had to leave whit out paying and obtaining my product. Shameful!

It would be nice if staff did not follow you around the store…it’s intimidating and unpleasant to feel like you’re under suspicion when you’re just looking at different products. It happens to me every time I shop there to the point where I’ve started shopping at other places, as far as south Oakville, to avoid this place.The three stars are for the good vitamin, supplement, and snack selections.

I have started going there because I found Harsim (nutritionist ) who is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product and explaining each medicine well with benefits .She is a life saver for me and I appreciate all her help and support .I ask lots and lots of questions and she listens and explains well with a smile .I go there because of her. I hope healthy planet don’t let her go anywhere as she is the gem and back bone of the store. God Bless Harsim !!

If i can give this place 10 stars I would!! Amazing store, they have tons of products!! Everything you think of they have it there!Staff is so friendly and nice. Very professional and very helpful. Prices are good as well. And it is pretty cool! I will definitely go back again to buy more stuff!

I shop here regularly, I'm not sure what has happened over the last few months but the "new" team is not friendly at all.The customer service is really lacking.There's no engagement, a long line with one cashier and two employees by the front door laughing and looking at a cell phone.At least LOOK busy!! It's frustrating as a customer to be waiting in line for what feels like forever, while two employees are chillin out laughing and ignoring patrons.
