Pathetic service. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Busy on the phone while the customer is there for the service, made the customer wait and when she finally started it, tried to finish the job quickly. Paid for the service which was half done. I would have given negative stars if I could. Stay away from this place!!

Timing online says 10am open time. Booked meFor an appointment at 1030am, and every time no one is here to open the place on time. There has to be some by law that fines businesses who don’t open on a certain time they advertise! I am going to find out about this. I don’t understand why show a time online when you don’t open that time??? 4 people waiting outside and I hear the phone ringing constantly!

I reduced from 5 stars. Unfortunately seems like Ricky doesn't care to hire proper barbers and likes to rush others to get a haircut when knowing their hair is going to get messed up. Ricky himself cuts well and even gave me $5 off once but PLS it is only ok if you go with Ricky otherwise SAVE yourself time and money it's not worth it.Service: Hairstyling

The lady working over there do not know how to curl the hairs. Took one hour for 20 min job and still could not do it and almost emptied half of the hair spray bottle as was not skilled well enough to do the job properly. Only good for a basic haircut, I would advise everyone to stay away if you are doing hairs for the event to avoid risk at the last moment if you run into unskilled professional.

This salon is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. My stylist did an excellent job with my color and cut, and I left feeling like a new person. I will definitely be back!

They don't take debit under 10 bucks. And when I drove back home got the change and came back. They say they don't accept quarters. Yeah then why not put up a sign that says we don't take quarters. When asked why he says " because we gotta roll it up and take it to the bank" mmhmm that must be so hard. LolService: Eyebrow threading
