Customer service here has always been 5 stars regardless of who is working! Brian is the greatest of all time. They really value their customers and always help the best they can. I have been shopping here for a while and will continue too.

Has been a good experience each time I've gone in, and they handled the new Pokemon TCG Journey Together release amazingly doing their best to make sure everyone who showed up was able to get something while having very limited stock

My kids had a blast in the store. So many things for them to look at.I had ordered something online for Christmas. So it was busy but very well organized.
