Just a great family owned butcher. I really wish there were more places like this, I will make the hour drive to come there though. The beef ribs are so good and excellent value when on sale.

In store we offer on-site specialty custom cutting and packaging. We also hand make a wide selection of fresh products which are all gluten free, filler free and nitrate free. We carry local vendor made from scratch freezer meals, rubs and sauces. ONTARIO BEEF, CHICKEN, PORK & LAMB Dry aged (min 21 days), AAA Canadian or better, pasture raised and grass fed beef, air chilled and free range chicken. All of our beef, chicken and pork are always sourced locally and antibiotic/hormone free.
