Called to ask if they had a specific product. Lady said yes, I came all the way over here just for that, turns out they dont have it. I even asked her to save it and I’d pick it up today, she said yes. A side from that good products

Depressing customer service. Neither good morning nor thanks. Most items are priceless when you get to the checkout they could make up any price. An outrageous cost. It's a shame that they abuse it this way because I've compared it to other stores, for example Metro, where it's much cheaper. I won't put my feet back in and pass the message on.

Very expensive and the prices do not appear. When you ask you seem annoying.
Nobody greets you in that store.
The minimum thing when someone comes to spend money in your store is to at least say hello.

I called the store looking for a specific coffee I wanted. The lady told me she had it. I went to the store only to find out that she didn't have. So I asked her when she was going to receive shipment of it again. She said she would get a shipment next week on wednesday. I show up on wednesday only for her to tell me she doesn't have it.

Was worth the trip. I bought some chiles and spices here, the prices are reasonable and they have a great selection if you want to cook authentic mexican. The chiles are fragrant, shiny and slightly malleable so you know they're fresh.
