I came in to get my cracked screen replaced before leaving the country and was charged $160 for the installation. Just a few weeks later, the new screen started malfunctioning with constant ghost touches that made the phone nearly impossible to use. I reached out to the owner via email asking for a refund or solution but never received a response.
I ended up having to pay another $150 to get the screen properly replaced abroad. Very disappointing experience.... poor quality repair and no follow-up service. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who values their time or money.

Shoaib is amazing to deal with. Been going to him for about 7-8 years now. Never fails to make a customer happy. Have sent many friends to him and they always come back telling me how happy they were with his service.

I would leave a six and a half if the stars went that high... the service was impeccable and when I got home and still had a small problem,because of my ignorance,he spent more than enough time on the phone to walk me through it.....
