Went In last week I wanted Biojel. The girl tried 3 times she couldn’t do it. Took her 3 hrs for my mani / pedi. She finally put acrylic instead of what I wanted. It was horrible. Went home disappointed. My nail broke I went in next day to fix it. That girl was off. The guy there was absolutely rude I told him what happened but he already knew cause she was telling him in her language about it. He told me he can’t do anything . I told him you mean. You hired people that can’t do the job. He then said come back in 1 hour or tomorrow. It wasn’t the first time they screwed up A month ago another person there did a horrible job on my pedicure. Useless workers there. I stormed out and will never go back. Plenty spa’s around. You guys need to get professionals to work there.

FERN DID AMAZING!!!! Love love love the outcome of this set! I’ve been coming to her for a few months now and my sets still look brand new after 3-4 weeks! Will continue to get my nails done by her. THE BEST IN TOWN!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this nail salon. I went in for a simple French tip design, and it turned out to be a disaster. The nail technician clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The result looked nothing like the reference picture I showed them—not even close. When I expressed my concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, she was constantly her teeth at me. I paid for a terrible job!
Making the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the overall attitude was dismissive, and their lack of professionalism was glaring. If you're looking for skilled technicians and respectful service, this is not the place to go. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and find a salon that actually cares about its customers and knows what they’re doing.

Poor service to customer. Perhaps the technician was having a bad day, but she was not ready to follow my mom’s request of a generally matching flower design on thumb nails. The technician was rude and told my mom that she’s asking for too much detail, don’t come back and don’t ask for Helen. We understand if the design cannot be matched but at least the location and general pattern should be achievable for a professional. My mom left feeling hurt and insulted. We kindly request your team be trained on better methods of professional communication

Love getting my lashes and nails done here. Highly recommend this location. They are quick, affordable, and always put their clients first. Leave here with a smile every time! And love the loyalty program that $15 off comes in handy.

Scammers. The facial was pathetic I thought she was gouging my face instead. Not at all relaxing and still some pain in certain places. I paid 65/- to hurt myself and came out feeling horrible after being scammed by their discount offer.
The Mani Pedi was good but they said they were giving a discount and charged tax of a similar amount for cash payment which they have not done before.

Fern is my favorite lady, she's been doing my nails for years and I'm always with my nails and toes. She takes her time with her service never rushes and makes sure I'm happy. Also loves to try new designs and ideas.

I wish they were more transparent in sharing the prices and details. I heard good reviews about Fern and she is great. Professional but i kept asking for oil based paint and she recommended water based. I agreed because she is the expert in this department. Unfortunately later i found out that paint costs extra, hence i realized why she was insisting on the water based paint. I should have listened to my gut instead. Plus it’s already started to detoriate within hours.
Pedi took 45 mins. Mani took 1.20.
The place is clean, service is quick, wait times are short. Staff kept on speaking in their own language which is unprofessional i think.
