Great place. Bought a 2020 tacoma looks and runs great for having 130k km on it. Was my first time buying from a dealer and Nick Moretti made it a great first experience. Hes very honest and trustworthy. Made the deal happen quick for me and got the car a few days after signing. Been great so far. The other cars on the lot also looked pretty clean when i was walking around and my tacoma basically looks and feels brand new.

I purchased my 2018 Prius from Parkway Auto Trade in March 2024, The team was transparent about the car's history.
Shortly after my purchase, I took the Prius for a body shop repair to address stone chips and surface rust on the hood and edge above the windshield. That's when I noticed a crack at the base of the windshield that I hadn't noticed before.
Seventeen months and thirty-four thousand kilometers later, the Prius is running beautifully and dependably. Parkway Auto Trade's commitment to standing behind their vehicles has been outstanding. I recommend Vince and Nick to anyone looking for a reliable used car and exceptional service.

Overall, the experience was quick and easy — everything about the used car pricing was clear, and there was no pressure for any extra sales.
There was a hiccup after the sale (Such as the gas level not being filled as stated in the contract, and only one fob being provided.), but Vince handled it professionally.
Please share your concerns with them, and they will address them accordingly.

I had a great experience with Nick. He is very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions when I bought my vehicle. Not only did he give me a good price, but he also provided valuable advice on what I should do after the purchase to keep the car in top condition.

Nick was great on the phone and even better in person. High quality cars and high quality service. This is the kind of place I’ll send my kids to for their first car, with confidence. First review. This isn't usually my thing, but I visited a few days ago. It did not go well, and I'm still quite irritated. I'll keep it short; vague, but to the point.
Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but he was very rude. I probably would have, but will now absolutely not be purchasing a vehicle here. I'd prefer to give my money to somebody less inclined to be openly combative in temperament and disrespectful in demeanor.
My vehicle search continues (which is why it's still on my mind). It's the principle.
