Q1 is #1!!!!
My car was the first one in this shop to be safetied under the new digital regulations by the government of Ontario, the process took a little longer than expected because of all the back and forth with the ministry, Waseem and Almas were very apologetic even though it's not their fault, and they 'took care' of me, also I feel the shop is very honest because my safety passed without any needed repairs. I will recommend my friends and family to go to their new location Georgetown when it opens in December.

April 12, 2024: I visited them for the first time to get my headlight bulbs replaced. Although their labor charges are higher compared to other places in Milton, the level of care and dedication from the mechanic, Amir, was amazing. He handled my car’s headlights delicately and even lubricated the headlight’s rubber gasket without me having to ask, as it was getting dried up. His service really impressed me.
April 27, 2024: I returned for an oil change, and once again, Amir treated my car with respect. He changed the oil perfectly and without making a mess. He also cleaned the underside with brake cleaner to dissipate oil. Additionally, he checked the underneath of my car for rust and any wear and tear out of his own concern.
I will definitely be going back to this place, as I believe it's now my regular go-to spot.
From front desk to service provided = 10/10 ⭐️

EDIT: August 16, 2024: I came back here few more times for my other cars after my initial review months ago and the service has been the same. Waseem is an amazing owner who genuinely cares about his customers.

I had an exceptional experience today while servicing my vehicle with Q1 Auto Service. Waseem and team were very thorough in diagnosing the issue at hand and described very clearly how it would be fixed. No games, no tricks. Straight up and extremely honest.
The waiting area was well maintained, and comfortable. One of the nicest people I have come across in this business. Keep it up!
I look forward to my next service appointment.
