Dec 27th the store was very busy. However, no staff even asked if we needed help until we were cashing out. May of been because the person that was purchasing was only 10 years old. But IMO all clients are equally important

Never again. Worst customer service. Extremely lazy. Won’t even check to see if inventory is elsewhere when it’s saying online that stock is available - 4 to be exact. I’ve encountered the same issue before where staff doesn’t seem to care when you’re looking for something. Yorkdale, Square One, Mavis….any other location is far superior. These people need to get off their high horse. I will be sending in my feedback to a friend who works at Sephora headquarters. Brutal.

does sephora only hire mean people ? if you go in there with no makeup on the profiling definitely starts . came in about a week ago and it took about 3 people passing me off to one another because none of them wanted to help me find the items i wanted . finally bought something but returned it as it was a gift and i realized the person i was gifting it too already had similar stuff . was asked 3 times if i used any of the products , people stared at me as if i was doing something wrong , and they clearly didnt trust that i hadn't used anything . just such an awful experience shopping here
if anyone was wondering , i didnt use any of the products btw . not sure how much theyre paying you for it to matter that much to you that you'd be rude about it .

I really like this location—staff is always friendly and helpful. However during my last visit I asked for a perfume sample for a fragrance I was interested in buying and was told they don’t offer samples anymore. I was a bit confused when I noticed two other customers being assisted and receiving perfume samples🤔

They should definitely use them as the benchmark

Three weeks before Christmas come to the store to do some shopping and spend money and give them sales and they’re closing their doors at 7 o’clock, but why wouldn’t they stay open later to make more sales cause you could see other people wanted to go into the store, but they close the doors. I guess they don’t want business.

I went sephora for the tarte shift lip colour...i was confused btwn all that lip collection like whts diff btwn all 4 of themnd i asked one of their staff member after finalise one tester tht i need this nd is it the right one which i grab here for buying...she was like yes yes its same...i cross chech twice bt at the end it was not the right one i realise after reaching home...wastage of money jst bcoz of that staff girl...they need to give knwledge to their staff .

The reason I give 1 star is one the sales person with long eyeliner and excessive amount of blush was really impolite when I asked her politely what is the legibility for the birthday gift? And she answered like was mad at me and replied " we do not have any gift in stock!!!" The location was in Milton Maple St. Today Nov. 8, 2024 around 3:30pm.

5 stars are for Asileigh. Excellent customer service!! Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. She’s patient, gives you options etc. Helped me find the perfect concealer and other things. I’d come again and recommend this location

The store itself isn’t bad at all, the thing that makes me give this a one star is the workers. They will literally stare at you RUDELY until you leave. There was one girl in particular with really long eyeliner and an excessive amount of blush staring at me and my friends for no reason at all. It’s not only her though, all the workers are absolutely horrible. Normally, Sephora workers are welcoming and kind, but this store has the exact opposite. I left this store feeling so insecure and violated from this behaviour. Their tone as well is incredibly frustrating. In conclusion, they act like their are superior to their customers.
