Went to the Milton Sleep Country to purchase to new adjustable beds and mattresses and Wendy was my sales person and my experience with Wendy was amazing. Very knowledgeable on all products. And pricing was amazing. Such a great clean store and walked out very happy. Thx you sleep country. Only deal over 25 yrs with sleep country.

Extremely pathetic customer service.
Bought 3 mattresses, multiple pillows from them back in 2019. Super pricey mattresses by the way! Figured it’s a good brand and wont encounter issues.
One of mattress went out of shape and my back hurts sleeping on it every night. Called to lodge warranty claim and was sent a form which needed sooooo many photos and videos that it was impossible for me to take as I have back pain and small kids and can’t get help. The customer service agent I spoke to at 2:35 pm on July 7th 2024 flatly refused to help at all and said “older men than you have have submitted claims with photos” she does not have a right to make judgements on my condition like that and simply refused to transfer me to supervisor when I asked her. This is PATHETIC service and I will ask anybody wanting to buy a mattress to think a hundred times before purchasing as this is the kind of customer service you can look forward to if you encounter any problems.

This Sleep Country experience was unacceptable. Needing clarification on the return policy for a pillow purchased elsewhere, I called twice with no response. Approached a sales rep who rudely dismissed me, claiming he's too busy, questioning my presence, and stating he's never seen me. I sought information but was treated disrespectfully. Unprofessional and infuriating customer service.

Delivery was supposed to be at 3:45 last Thursday. Came after 7pm. I got the white glove service which was supposed to take away my old mattress. Delivery guy told me someone else would be by to retrieve it. No one came. Called customer service on Saturday and they said that the delivery personwas supposed to take it but they would reschedule a pickup.This is Tuesday and it still is picked up.

DO NOT and I can't reiterate this enough, DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP COUNTRY UNLES YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOU WANT IT. Return policy? Ah ha ha. Nope. Not listed on thier website, nor the receipt. Purchased a pillow for $259, and tried to return the next day as it was too heavy for the bed, and was told too bad. I was never told that you could not return the pillow or anything else. It's all FINAL SALE. Absolute scam...

Wendy was great. Thank you for offering us no tax if we went ahead with the purchase. However, the gentlemen who was observing us and his colleague (Wendy) was condescending and very unprofessional. Their work environment was TOXIC which made us decide not to go back for a purchase.

I bought a Temperpedic mattress and pillow in April. Wendy Lai helped me with my choice. She was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable and looked after me very well. I would definitely suggest Sleep Country to my friends. Overall, a good experience.

Had to deal with multiple goof ups when calling into customer service and from their internal ordering system. But going into the Milton store and dealing with Wendy made things really easy. She is so fun to deal with. She has a good knowledge of her product and a great great sales personality, she helped us pick the right pillows and mattress to get that good night sleep we have been missing out on. If you go to the store, ask for Wendy.

Went to the milton store for a simple pickup due to a goof up by their argentia store. the sales guy Iamd gave a real hard time. Imad is a horrible person. If you in the store see this person, JUST RUN. If he has problem handling a simple pickup then think how bad he will be with a regular sale. I have never seen such a rude sales person
