Never ever buy electronics from here. Instead of that, go to Best Buy or other stores. I purchased using my alumni discount and had some issue they did not return it. My 200$ went down the drain. They did not offer an alternate solution nor a replacement or exchange. I use my alumni discount every year and purchase something from sport check. I am never going back because of their bad policies. They lost me as a regular customer. Do not recommend it.

We bought a pair of shoes from Milton Location of Sports check yesterday and found that the pairs of shoes were of different sizes, Today we went again to this location to get the proper sizes , the lady at customer service at 10 .30 am was seems like nothing unusual happened here so just asked the college to bring the other pair and said nothing about the mistake happened or any apologies , as their mistake caused us miss wearing the shoes for the occasion and having second trip to get it fixed,treated like nothing happened. It was very rude of her and certainly not good for the store , Brand as well. Seems like staff in this store doesn’t care for customers anymore.

Celine who works at Sportcheck is amazing! She is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of her way to help you find what you are looking for. Excellent customer service every time!!

I had bad experiece to buy bicycle for my youngest son. There was a gear issue created just after purchase. I went there to fix it and told that i am going on vacation and can get it upon my arrival they said ok .But when i came back i went ther to get it they refused me with a lame excuse that its our policy. The manager is very rude. So policy is beyond humanity. My son was crying there but they are not listening.

Received excellent customer service from Safeen. Arrived not long before closing and needed running shoes with specific fit issues. Shoe department was busy but he was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.

Very upset with the customer service for this store. Bad part is branch manager’s bad etiquette(assuming one with black dress is the branch manager). I bought a Nike soccer ball in April and it got burst out in June. The quality of ball is very bad and I went to the store for exchange or store credit. Branch manager said I don’t have the proof after seeing the proof in the system that I bought this ball from the same store in April. Also she was not ready to give the store credit or exchange and the way she treated me was so rude. Then I went to appleby branch with the same ball. I was very happy the way they treated me and I got store credit within a minute with no issues.
Please don’t treat your customers so rude.

Great place for active wear, jackets, bikes and sporting goods. Great variety of brands. Also has great selection for hiking bags and boots.
Must check out the goose outside by once upon a child and the shoe company it nested in a flower pot. ?

Disappointing experience. Came to buy a bike for my kid. Website says, bike is available. When you go to the store, the manager says it’s in a box and I need to buy before my kid can get a feel of it.
All bikes are locked at the store, you cannot try if the size is right or not.
I will never go to sportchek to buy a bike !

Don't waste your time looking here. I was in store for over 15 minutes looking to buy shoes, not one of the three to four "staff members" even bothered to look up from their phones to assist me in any way whatsoever. Customer service DOES NOT exist here.

Customer service at the Milton store is awesome. I was looking to get a receipt for my last year's online order. Christina, with her positive attitude, went above and beyond and got me the receipt. Thank you Christina.

Did not even try to service my skates and replace the rivets even though it’s a service they offer regularly and it’s posted on the sign. Lazy and poor customer service. Didn’t offer any solution or another time to get them replaced just brutal. I would be upset if I was the store manager.

There is only one person assigned to the shoe section at any given time. If there is more than one customer there is a bit of a wait. Other staff should step in and help. There are not many places in Milton to buy shoes so this section is busy. Also the kids section is limited for shoes.
