I wish I could give 0 star the store manager is so inconsiderate and doesn’t respect anyone’s time. I made several trip to the store to pick up my package. UPS kept giving wrong information, the package had wrong tracking no. which by any way is not my fault. It was supposed to be deliver to my door step but I had to make trips to the store because of their mistakes.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. The store manager showed a complete lack of consideration for my time and concerns. Due to incorrect information from UPS and an incorrect tracking number—issues entirely beyond my control—I had to make multiple trips to the store to retrieve my package. Despite the package being scheduled for doorstep delivery, I was repeatedly inconvenienced because of errors on their end. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and handled very poorly. I expected accountability and basic respect for a customer’s time, which was unfortunately not provided.

The staff member at the counter was rude and instructed me to pack my Amazon return myself, without any courtesy. At another UPS store in Milton, I have consistently handed over Amazon returns at the counter and the staff packed them without issue.
I understand that procedures may vary by location and that this may be store policy. However, the manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional. Customers should be spoken to respectfully, regardless of policy.
I expect UPS employees to provide basic customer service and communicate policies clearly and courteously. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that staff are trained to interact with customers in a more professional and respectful manner.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. The photo quality was absolutely unacceptable—blurry, poorly printed, and nothing close to what you’d expect from a professional service. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or offering to make it right, the manager responded with a rude and dismissive attitude.
Good customer service means listening to your customers and resolving issues, not making them feel like they’re the problem. Between the terrible quality of the photos and the unprofessional behavior of the manager, I will never be coming back to this location. I would not recommend this UPS store to anyone looking for reliable service.

Poor customer service. I went in for a passport photo near the closing time — the store was still open when I walked in. Just 3–4 minutes later, a woman came out from the back and told me the store closes at 7:30 PM. It was 7:34pm and she refused to help me, after I left, she started closing the door behind me. Very disappointing experience.

I used UPS Express to ship a package to India, and the experience was excellent. The package reached on time, within the estimated delivery window, and the tracking updates were clear and accurate throughout the journey. Customer service was responsive when I had questions, and the entire process felt reliable and professional. Highly recommend for international express shipping.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this UPS store. I brought in medication that needed to be delivered to another city urgently. I clearly informed the staff that it was medicine and had to arrive as quickly as possible. The employee assured me that it would arrive the next day and charged me for express shipping.
Unfortunately, the package took five days to arrive instead of one. This delay was completely unacceptable, especially given the nature of the contents.
When I returned to the store to follow up, the staff member I spoke to was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering any help or explanation, he simply gave me the branch manager’s number and told me to “do whatever I want.”
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service, especially when dealing with something as important as medication.

I had a very poor experience at this location. Despite their Google profile clearly stating they take baby passport photos, I was told on arrival — after bringing my newborn out in cold weather — that UPS does not take baby photos. The staff member even laughed about it. When I pointed out the inconsistency, he became defensive instead of offering any help. It felt like they just didn’t want to do the work. Extremely unprofessional and misleading.
