My husband and I bought our wedding bands from The Vault for our June 30, 2023 wedding. The girls who helped us were amazing and supported of me supporting local. I look forward to doing custom rings and bands for my husband and I at a later date.

I brought a family heirloom diamond to The Vault to have it set on a new band for an engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff immediately offered their expertise, walking me through the entire process and patiently explaining all the options and customizations available. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel confident that my precious diamond was in the right hands.

My mom's knuckle was quite swollen and she needed a resizing piece of plastic removed from one of her rings. The Vault carefully cut that piece off and we were able to get her rings off without cutting them! Thanks for taking the time to take care of her on short notice today.

My husband and I used their walk-in service for some watch maintenance and battery changes. We visited wearing grubby work clothes yet the staff were very friendly, welcoming, efficient and witty. It's great having a welcoming local shop of any kind, especially a jeweler. The place is clean, well decorated and well priced. We will be using their services again in the future and make sure to bring a round of coffees for a tip!

My jeweller retired, so I was on the hunt for a new place. I know it’s hard to trust someone with your diamond jewellery, but I was confident in The Vault after speaking to others who have used their services.
I had a missing diamond replaced in my ring and was told that a few claws also needed re-tipping (the other place I brought my ring to for a quote told me nothing of the sort!). I’m glad that my ring was carefully looked over for maintenance issues. Price was very reasonable and I’m happy with the work. Ring was clean and buffed and ready in the time promised. Thank you The Vault Milton!

I had an amazing experience working with the Vault. I had purchased a necklace pendant from the Vault online. After purchasing, I was concerned that the item would not arrive on time. I reached out to the Vault, and Stephen was there to help and ship the item same day. I am so grateful for Stephen and the Vault and will shop here again.
