Ok service overall, but last time asked for spark plugs only, and the dreaded cabin filter upsell was done without asking-I have the new K&N sitting on my seat, that I bought.Paid $50 for tire rotation and asked to soften rear coilover settings-a maximim 5 minute job, they charged extra $140 for this, 5 minutes.That is gouging.He offered $50 back, he can keep it but won't see me again.I have been there several times with my cars, but he doesn't keep good records and doesn't remember me-I didn't feel like family-I feel ripped off, but only this once by you my friend.

True Tech you broke the trust and lost my business - I can't forgive extra costs without calling me first. You should not have drilled out my lock lug nuts when the wheel lock key is where it always is (you found it before) and a 2 second google search shows you where it is. You could have saved your time and not lost a client. You could have saved yourself this bad review. You could have saved me the trouble and unexpected extra $70 for 4 new lug nuts that are silver instead of black so eveyone can see they aren't locked. Now what am I supposed to do ... buy new lock lugs and key ... or risk having my new tires stolen..?

My initial experience with True Tech Autos was very positive. When my wife's car began experiencing starting issues over the weekend, I turned to True Tech based on their impressive online reviews. I arrived early in the morning without an appointment, Despite the busyness, Mike kindly agreed to take a look at my car.He informed me that the repair might not be completed until the following day. However, by afternoon, they had identified the issue – a starter problem – and, to our pleasant surprise, had it fixed before 4 pm. Their charges turned out to be remarkably reasonable, significantly lower than the initial estimate. They explained that the labor required was less than expected.I am genuinely impressed with True Tech Autos for their integrity, transparency, and the courtesy that Mike extended to me. I highly recommend them for all auto repair needs.

A big thank you to the crew at true tech auto repair. My wife and i were stuck in milton with what i thought was a major repair,but the guys at the shop took care of my car(at no cost) and assured me a safe trip back to windsor on.
