Cashiers are really rude here. Only have had a couple of good experiences. They really make me not want to shop here anymore.
I have spent a ton of money here over the years and have started to shop elsewhere lately.
Also, I called TJX customer service to clarify their return policy. I was told that as long as tags are on merchandise, and you provide photo ID and the store is able to locate it in the system, they will provide you with a gift card and it will be in the amount that it was most recently selling for. I asked if there was any time frame how old merchandise could be and she said as long as they can locate it in the system. I went in with a top that is just shy of 1 year in perfect condition, with tags and was told no. She wouldn't even scan it. Wish I got her name now.

I live in Milton for 15 years and I am so happy to have Winners close by. I truly believe that people who work in the store make it one of the best locations to shop. Everything is organised, store always clean, cashier line is moving fast.
On my recent shopping spree I was cashed by Nataly who had friendly and welcoming attitude, answer my questions and provided assistance. The customer service was exceptional!
This store always goes above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always happy to help.

This winners has been my second home literally, i visit this place every other day and have been coming here since 2008. Today I literally cried and complained to the manager about my experience.
I asked the lady at the jewelry section to cash me out, I only had one item. At that time there was only one customer who was requiring assistance. The cashier told me i had to wait and as she cashes this customer before me, another lady comes in and says I’m ready to cash out, she had a perfume on hold. So then I flipped and said you’re kidding me, i was waiting here respectfully to be cashed out, i was in a hurry since i had a injury. The cashier held such a rude attitude and started saying you can call the management, i can’t cash you before etc like she didn’t even care, this customer service is unacceptable.
I never took anyone’s spot, i waited for my turn but when another customer shows up saying I’m ready just cuz they had a perfume on hold, isn’t fair. I never ever complained before but I’m hurt that anyone is being hired here that carries no customer values, no smiles no appreciation of giving them business.
I spoke to the manager and she was sweet enough to hear me out and apologize.
It’s simple, if you don’t like your job please quit. People with racist attitudes shouldn’t be hired. Don’t take your frustrations out on customers and hold them accountable for something they haven’t done.

I love going to this location because I truly feel valued as a customer and they always have a wonderful selection of items. This winners location has a great customer service and it’s always a pleasant experience. Especially the sales associate Asma, she is always warm, welcoming and always on her toes to help in any possible way. She provides great customer service and helpful to find good Jewellery . Highly look forward to seeing her on every visit.
