Poor customer service of the cashier assigned just today morning. Yelling is unacceptable and she did not admit it. Just gross!

Terrible experience.
I picked a sparkling water. They have 2 cash registers (they both were empty). I put myself in one and another person came to the other cash register.
The cashier didn’t ask who was first. When I asked her if the other cash register was available. She looked at me and said something like: I am the only one (her face was like… don’t you see it?).
I told her: how I supposed to know which cash register is the open one if I come and is all empty here. She proceed to mention the sign that was facing the other way so I told her to put both where she responded that there was no need of two signs (why two signs?).
There were 3 people at this location at the time I was there (around 10:24). And no, I am not going to use the self checkout machine. That sparkling water still the same price so I expect a full service… and a good service.
Please train your employees to be nice, to smile, to answer accordingly.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The cashier saw me standing there waiting to cash out, but instead she she chose to ignore me and continue stuffing chocolate boxes in a clear bag..creating gift bags, I presume. When I say to her after a minute or so, "Excuse me, are you going to cash me out?" She said, "No, you have to come around here" Now mind you, I was standing to her right, the register was in front of her and she very well could have scanned the items and I would have moved to the other side. Or she could have exhibited an iota of customer service and acknowledged me in the first place, without me having to say anything, and directed me to the other side. Train your staff to understand what proper customer service is. This isn't the first time I've encountered subpar service from this store, but it is the last time I will bother stopping in after clearing US Immigration. I left my items on the counter and shopped at Relay instead. The service was a million times better.

6 & Sundry is a decent place in Pearson Airport to get some essentials. The lady working there was helpful in find what I was looking for.

6 & Sundry in the Toronto airport provides a cozy retreat with a varied menu, although slightly overpriced due to its airport location, offering convenience amidst the terminal chaos.

I usually don’t mind having to wait but the ladies working had me wait for at least 2 minutes while they held a conversation. Service wasn’t friendly and I don’t even remember her saying hello or anything if I’m honest. Wouldn’t recommend, use your money where you’re more appreciated.

After spending 1.5 hours in the U.S. customs lineup, I needed to hydrate after finally making it through. I saw 6 & Sundry. It was the perfect place to grab a cold beverage from the fridge. This store has pretty much everything that you need as a traveller. Craving a snack? There's everything from sunflower seeds to kettle-cooked chips. Need a gift for someone? You can pick up a Toronto sweatshirt or a beaver plushie. Did your USB cable die on you? You can buy one here. Naturally, prices are slighter higher because you're at an airport. When you really need something, you suck up the cost.I was waiting patiently for a female staffer to finish stocking up one of the fridges that I needed to access. She moved and said hi. I said hi and was relieved that I could finally get a bottle of Diet Pepsi. It was cold. I was happy.I went to the checkout to pay for my item. The woman was efficient, but not exactly giving off any warmth. I used a debit card. I tapped and all was great. My drink was over $3. It did last me a few hours. I was so happy to have something to drink at long last. It hit the spot.I am thankful that this store was the closest one offering drinks after you pass through customs. Next time, when I'm not focused on quenching my thirst, I will leisurely browse around the store instead of blowing through it like a hurricane.(217)
