I work at Terminal 1. The staff here are awesome Raj Priya are always on point. Though I haven't had a lot of interactions with most of the crew I see them hard at work everyday insuring top quality service in a non stop city called Toronto Pearson International Airport. 1 of the slogans in the Airport is We are Toronto Pearson. This 7-11 is Toronto Pearson. I always hit this location for my coffee, snacks, lunch or just to say hi in passing. If I hit this location 5 days a week it definitely says something about the service.

I came to buy my coffee today Oct 1,2024 at 9:28 am. I went to the cashier to pay my coffe using my points. I showed her my cellphone because I’m not too familiar on how to use points. She instructed me what to to do but in the end she told me that I need to pay wherein I said I will use my points. Again I showed my cellphone and instructed me how to do it. I’m a regular customer in this location and always had a good experience but today morning this lady is not only rude but has no customer service at all.

I’m writing to provide feedback about my experience at your store today, October 1st, around 9:30 AM.
I visit this location regularly for coffee with my colleague and generally have a positive experience. However, today’s interaction with one of the cashiers was disappointing. She appeared disengaged, did not greet customers, and did not smile, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. A few other customers in line expressed similar concerns, mentioning that her demeanor suggested she wasn’t enjoying her job. Her responses to customers felt curt and lacked the warmth typically expected in customer service roles.
I understand that working in retail can be challenging, but a friendly greeting and attentiveness can significantly enhance the customer experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions, as this store is usually a convenient and pleasant stop for us.

This place's staff is quite impolite. When I asked this brown girl a question about flowers, she became really impolite and made faces. This incident happened on 17th Sept around 2pm. Please provide customer service training to your staff members.

Food was good and great but staff working around 3pm today seemed so annoyed to see me and respond ro any question and serve. Felt terrible. Airports can be challenging especially when flights get cancelled and such staff experience makes it so more disheartening. Hospitality needs compassionate ans friendly service. Might not come if see same staff.

My experience at this 7/11 at the airport in Terminal 1 was a good one, probably the best on offerings, conveniences and service, after a long flight and tired...located in the arrivals hall...the welcome amenity of good food & beverage offerings is greatly appreciated along with affordability which is unheard of at any airport.
From pizzas, chicken wings, hotdogs etc...all comfort food was quite tasty and delicious, also some pastries...hot and cold beverages was an added touch of convenience with do it yourself machines, I enjoyed the coffee stations...maybe a bit too much, freshly brewed just the way I like it.
Maybe I had my layover at the best time, as some reviewers had an unpleasant experience here...for me everything was lovely and convenient..10/10

Tonight your cashiers friends were tattered at the cash had to ask them to move so I can pay

I find it weird that I love this place so much because it’s inside Terminal 1. It’s right as you exit the domestic arrivals.
I love it because they have great everything (that I’ve tried) and they have the best coffee in the Terminal. Their Bold Roast if the best coffee in Canada (in my opinion).
The rewards program gives great deals and their regular prices are very reasonable.
I’ve tried the pizza, wings, hot dog, nachos and the rolled up things with stuff inside. It’s all great.
I gotta hand it to them. Their staff and the store are wonderful, clean and friendly.

Worst staff to be honest, I was there yesterday around 10 am, the staffs were so rude. We didn’t like their attitude at all, either you need to teach them customer service or hire new staff if you want to run your business successfully. Thanks

Tuna sandwich tasted like soil, i was starving after many hours of delay at the airport, so had no choice…probably they just used the tuna in water can! On the plus side, not too much mayo which makes it healthier (hopefully!)
