Extremely bad customer service. I called this location on December 27th at 12:30 pm, and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. They kept yelling at me over the phone. I just found something on the website I like, and when I called the store to ask if they had it in person, the person would keep yelling at me and being extremely rude. If I didn't hear a question or answer the employee's question correctly, they would yell. For instance, I asked, "Is this the heartland location?" I didn't hear what she said, so I said pardon. Then she says, "YES, THIS IS THE HEARTLAND LOCATION." Like, why the hell are you screaming? How the hell would you feel if I screamed in your face? I didn't say anything rude to you. I just wanted a product inquiry, and she just kept giving me attitude on the phone.

Bought a lower pant for winter jogging purposes, used only once for few days and it has lot of lints/fluffs.
Bought a stretchable jean last year, it became
So loose specially knee area, had to throw.
Very bad quality AE sells now. Lost all the trust after 20 years of being loyal customer.

Worst experience I have ever had at any store. I went to a fitting room , there were few clothes in that room already. One of the frustrated employee came, picked those clothes and said- “don’t leave any clothes inside, rolled her eyes and left”. It was humiliating for me, I left the store immediately. There is a big room of behaviour improvement and customer service here.

Love the stretchiness of their jeans and softness. Once you go American Eagle heads you can't go back to any other brand.Great return policy and staff as well!

I was there this past weekend to do a return (which I hate returning anything) but the manager of this location made me feel comfortable with returning my items. I just want to thank Stacy for making my experience at this location a good one. She was a big help, I even bought a few more items after we completed my return.

I went to to the store to exchange something i placed an on line order. The manager stacy was there. Her attitude was so rude. She was rolling her eyes, which is very upsetting. I shop at American eagle a lot. This is the kind of service they can provide, then please dont bother. Also from being a manager, if you clearly dont like your job, dont do it.She was like, i ll do it this time after making such a big deal. Even if something creates confusion for your staff. I think you should still be polite and learn better how to do it.Not say because it is very confusing. We dont do it.

I came to return one item, which I purchased online and the man name Rose was very rude and made a big deal to process the return and lectured me that I should not re-order online and then waste my time to drive to store. I don't appreciate this kind of attitude and will never come to this location agian.
