I am so saddened and confused after our visit . Today, after weeks of excitement my daughter and I visited the boutique .
With us we brought a dress that my mother had bought for my daughter . My mother purchased my daughter’s Baptismal gown and hat from this boutique.
We wanted to purchase a Ballero , gloves , head piece , prayer book and rosary from the boutique . We were greeted at the door anftwr having to call to get in , and when we entered the store we immediately out loud complimented the dresses. We were so excited to buy some beautiful accessories from the fancy boutique my daughter had been looking at from outside, in amazement.
I had the dress we have now in a dress bag with the name of the store it was purchased at on it . The lady whom I think is the owner noted out loud the name of the store the dress was from. She made the comment that they have cheap dresses and they are made in china. I was taken back a bit , I let her know my mother had bought the dress , She said “the shoes are over there” .
I said we have shoes we are looking for a Ballero . She said all my Balleros are off white or cream No one wears white anymore . That is when I told her we were leaving . She stood at the door not understanding why . I let her know what I thought of her and let her know that she just insulted the dress calling it cheap and made in china and that no one wears white anymore . While I’m standing with my daughter and her white dress that she was so excited to wear . (The dress my mother who is elderly and on pallative home care purchased for her) I did not include that information ,
I said we were leaving and the woman tried to say I was twisting her words . So after insulting us she was now trying to tell me I was wrong for taking it that way .
Her exact words were they make cheap dresses , dresses from China and no one wears white anymore . Her co worker or employee heard her , and if anyone else was in the store so did they . If you are the woman who owns this store and this was you , I hope you feel great about insulting a child’s dress in front of her . I hope you know that the word I used to describe you , I meant it .
I hope you feel better about your store after insulting the mall store that is your competitor. . I hope you know that we went and bought 140 worth of things at the same store the dress was bought at , when we left upset and feeling defeated .
We were met with kindness and great customer service at the store you called cheap .
My daughter’s dress may not been hundreds of dollars but it was not cheap .
It’s beautiful, my daughter will look beautiful and her and I spoke about how sad it was to have a run in with an angry hurtful person like you today . Trying to take away the joy of a first communion by shaming a dress in front of a child . Shame on you . You lost a customer . We will be sure to let any friends and family know how you treated us today . I apologize to anyone who may have been in the store and heard me use the b word to describe you . But that is what you were today . A mean hurtful angry B .
Good you have the video with audio , you can review it and see how not to speak to people . Also I see a pattern with your reviews , seems you may have a problem with certain customers . Accusing them of theft or lying if they disagree with your service. Simply denying sales if the person does not suit your idea of a customer you’d like to serve .

My daughter’s communion dress was insulted by staff saying it was cheap and not in style anymore right in front of my daughter. We went in to purchase accessories as dress was gifted but walked out. My daughter is extremely upset due to these comments. Lost customer forever and as someone who lives in the neighbourhood, I will ensure to tell people to not shop here.
Your reply does not address anything I stated above such as calling my daughter’s dress cheap and made in china right in front of her. This is her special day. Regardless if you only have off white (smokers white) dresses, we were there for accessories and my daughter was excited to shop for them. If you read other reviews with similar experiences it’s mind blowing that you have been in business for 30 years with this type of attitude and customer service. Keep with the generic replies to save face on your Google reviews rather than correcting behaviours. God bless

Came in today with my baby & his Godmother to shop for his Baptism outfit. We called to be let into the store and were promptly let it in with a friendly greeting (with high value items in the store, the calling system makes perfect sense). We found such a cute outfit, great selection of baby boy baptisms outfits - we had been to a couple of stores previously and were underwhelmed by the selection/quality, so if you’ve had a hard time I highly recommend coming here to look!
The ladies working are so friendly and great service, no idea how there are negative reviews about them!

The worst staff I wait more than 15 minutes with baby cold weather ring the door and call no answer
She’s inside and see us after that open said ur rough people and close the door
Will never back that store
But I called twice and left message open the door please because voice mail and she saw us ring the door she’s eating !!??

Had an amazing experience at Angel Boutique with my twins shopping for 1st communion attire. Marina and Carmen demonstrated exceptional customer service, truly going above and beyond. They were so patient and kind, especially with my indecisive daughter who eventually found the perfect outfit after trying on several different dresses. This is a one stop shop, they offer everything we needed for a perfect 1st communion; from hair piece all the way down to the most adorable shoes. Marina and Carmen, my mother, twins and I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you again. God Bless you both and I wish you both continued success. 🙏🏻💖

It’s called Angel Boutique…..but the staff and manager are anything but. Service was absolutely brutal, had to find our own dresses then hang them ourselves. Staff appeared put out by any simple request. Unfortunately they have a unique market and product and seem to know it. If you have another place in mind or can find one I suggest you do so. Customer service was garbage.

Purchased my daughter’s communion dress online. The dress came very quickly after shipping. I was speaking with Marina directly and she is so pleasant and very caring making sure the dress was up to my standards. Thank you so much for being so helpful and caring about my daughter’s special day!

Amazing prices and selection. Anyone looking for an outfit for their little one for baptisms, christenings, weddings, this is the place to go. Compared to so many places, they had the lowest prices but the quality was great. Owner helped us throughout the process and we left happy.

I ordered my daughter’s baptism dress online from Angel Boutique and I was so happy with the process/the product. The dress is carried by different stores, but Angel Boutique has the best price I found - it also came with a matching bonnet which was a great touch!The dress and bonnet arrived with a few days of ordering them online in perfect condition. I really appreciated the shipping option as I have limited vehicle access.Thank you for the great product & customer service :)

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The owner has zero customer service skills and does not know how retail shopping works. I was shopping for a baptism dress for my daughter and realized the dress I wanted was more expensive at this store than another I had been to. I gave her the opportunity to price match it ($100 less) and she declined. Totally fine, but of course I am going to save myself $100 and purchase from another store just like anyone would. Because of this, she aggressively took the other items we wanted to purchase , told us we weren’t allowed to and kicked us out of her store because we “wasted her time”. I didn’t even have time to put my 4 month old daughter back in her car seat before being kicked out of the store. My mother and I remained calm the entire time and it was super unfortunate to be treated so poorly. I would not recommend coming here whatsoever. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. And a message to the owner, please educate yourself on how retail shopping works. People are allowed to shop around and purchase things at the lowest price, that’s not wasting a sales reps time.. thats the industry your in.
