Apple your square one centre needs an overhaul for customer service. If you don't want customers to ask questions then better shut down. Horrible attitude, your people have snobbish attitude. Either train and coach them or don't invite them. Anyways, in terms of intelligence there are better phones. I literally walked into your store to get an iPhone, but for sure will give a second thought to it now. 100% never going to buy from your Square 1 shop

We had a quite disappointing experience with the person attending to us named Latoya. Not exactly sure of the name. We asked her outright how much will be the trade in value for the iPhone she'll be giving us to replace ours if we want to purchase the latest iPhone 17 pro. She calculated right away at around $540 then she subtracted it to the price of the new one and it comes down to around $1200. We decided to go ahead with the trade but when she referred us to the other Apple sales associate that takes care of this the trade in value now was around $230. We were surprised at sudden change. She explained to us why but we that's not how and what Latoya explained to us. We were so disappointed that we decided not to go ahead with the trade. We felt it's not quite fair to us and it's not a good way of doing business. We were quite hopeful for a while but was shattered right away.

Not just a review for this location but for apple customer service, brand new EarPod 3 pros stopped charging before a month, took it in to get it checked but a service person would take more than 3 hr to look at it.(and they wont replace it) .When asked to return the product and buy another one they made me pay back for a gift card that was given to me as part of the deal original purchase. It was 70$ but they made be pay taxes on top of it, making it 79$. I remember a time when apple used have the best customer service but thats just a memory now.

Amazing experience at this specific location! I went to the Burlington location and got the run around but was in and out of this location in 15 minutes with my desired outcome. Shoutout to FRANZ and LORNA; super knowledgable and helpful. Thank you for renewing my faith in Apple!

Terrible experience. I called in before coming to store and they said they will find me an appointment and repair the screen. But when i came in their response was “we can’t help even though on call we told you that we can coz you probably talked to a different customer”. Disappointing customer service experience.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Square One on January 10, 2026, this evening. Kaylin was incredibly friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the phone features. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel confident and excited about considering a purchase. Outstanding customer service!

Honestly, five stars because of JJ. He is the best. He always helped us with whatever issue we have. Although, we see a lot of their employees roaming and pretending they are working, which they not. But anyway because of JJ our experience always gets better.

Staff is not coprative, at the time of sailing apple care + they told will be replace airpods in few minutes if got any issue i came twice here they gave appointment for 3 hours wait at store totaly worst experience

Visited the Apple Store last night and unlocked a new level of “VIP torture.”
White male employee said: cracked case? No replacement! Manager said yes? Didn’t matter—cue slow-motion waiting mode. An hour later, still nothing.
Five minutes before closing, a female colleague finally “unlocked the final stage” and let me replace it myself.
Arrogance, delays, rudeness, total disregard for customers—full elite package. Apple, if 0 stars existed, I’d give them without hesitation.
💡 Pro tip: bring snacks, water, and a meditation cushion next time—you’ll need them for the “slow-motion patience training.

This review is specifically for Miles (hopefully this is how you spell it). I went in to fix my computer after a bad experience at Jump +. I came in so late in the day, practically when the store was almost closing, and I’m pretty sure he was getting ready to go home. Even though Miles couldn’t help as as the store didn’t have the parts he took his time to help me find other stores that did or would be quicker with my repair. He spent a good half hour going the extra mile and calling places for me. I appreciate his willingness to go far cause I can already imagine and see how busy the store was with back to school shenanigans going on. Thank you so much Miles!

New review because I can’t figure out how to add another. I wanted to thank Israa. I came to buy a new MacBook as my old one got stolen. We came in and the store was extremely busy. Somehow my mom managed to find her and she was able to do everything and have us good to go in under 15 minutes. She’s so lovely and kind. Thank you so much Israa <3
