Such a bad experience. I understand this store is insanely busy. I was redirected to go see this woman to book an appointment, I was behind the next person, then another woman essentially created another line. As it was technically my turned and I asked, “where is the line”. The apple workers are scattered in the store, and as customers not knowing where to go or who to talk to. The woman looked at me and pointed the “obvious” as where the line was. As a worker you should be self aware of your surroundings and understand people can be lining all around you. I did not like her attitude nor the concept of design of this store. It’s already insanely busy as it is.

Very terrible service for in-store pick up. The staff here is rude and give you an uncomfortable attitude that you better leave after you done the pick up. I told the staff that I need to trade in my old iPhone also, the man in bule shirt be like "who cares", and said "go outside and line up again". I want to give the zero stars but there is no this option here.

Came here for Air pods max repair. The service was quick however, they don’t talk much about what went into the repair unless you ask.

By far one of most disappointing and discourteous customer services observed. We reached at this store at 11am to show MacBook. They put us on pathetic and useless Genius Bar with waiting time of around 1.5hr. Didn’t receive any text till 1pm. Went back again to store and one black lady (just for identification) told us she can’t help us and can’t tell us anything about our appointment. She told us to wait for the text message, which never came. We waited for 30min more and went back to store again. This time an Asian guy told us that our turn will come in 20min. Again waited for 30min. Nothing came. Went back again to store and a black guy, to our shock, told us that we have to wait for 3 more hours. Almost fainted to see such ridiculous system and service Apple Store observed at this location. Wasted whole day and our turn never came. The management, services, communication, courtesy, and many more are extinct at this store. Will never go to this garbage location again. Won’t recommend this location to anyone.

My experience was nice. If you don't have an appointment you'll have to wait quite a while. It's super busy even on weekdays.That being said the genius bar people are quite nice and do their best to resolve your issue. I got my replacement phone in just a few minutes.They have free wifi while you wait.PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DATA before you come.

Worst store to buy product. When they have to make sale they give you false information regarding product’s warranty and coverage and now when we need to use the coverage they say it’s not covered, highly recommend not to buy any product from these frauds

To whom this is concerned. I love Apple I really do that is why I Purchased Apple iPhone , iPad and wireless headphones. But couple days I go I passed by your store square one. I as so disappointed. I pay about $350 for headphones plus insurance I as told no worries come in no hassle replacement over counter right away. To my surprise I passed by couple days ago told to wait over 2 hours to be serve. I as shocked and disappointed. If this as the case I would not pay extra fee for insurance. It’s extremely discouraging or disappointing when someone’s tell you one thing and when come in it’s other. So the question I have why would I trust ur brand and your employees in the future. Please in the future explain ur customers how the process really is. Extremely disappointing. Thank you

Very unorganized and unpleasant service. I arrived 20 minutes earlier that the scheduled time but waited for 30 minutes to speak with someone there while I saw many of their employees were just standing there doing nothing. Worst part was my consultant went to speak with other clients in the middle of our conversation. As an Apple user who owns MacBook, Apple Watch, iPhone and AirPods, I feel extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with this level of service quality.

I went in to replace my battery on my iPhone and I was being upsold HARD on why I may have issues with the new battery and that I’d be better off buying a new phone.After telling him I didn’t want to spend $1000 he asked how much I’d be willing to spend. I told him id be willing to spend $130 on a new battery.Since when did Apple start pushing carrier plans and phone upgrades?? Or are staff selling their own snake oil at work?

This has been my go to store as its in my vicinity but had the worst experience today. I went to get air-pods at around 12 pm today. Met Sunny (most unprofessional agent ever). He was free when I came, but he left me at the corner that some other sales guy will see me. But no one came , after waiting for 30 mins, I went to him & was treated so rudely. He sent me to another guy. He was just looking for female customers. Kindly train the employees to treat all equally & professionally

My Airpods were faulty and my wife needed a new iphone. I made reservations for the Genius Bar via the Apple Support app through its chat with a live agent..all done after 1am!!! Got to Genius Bar and experienced true customer service! Airpods were tested and proved to be faulty. Without question, I was given a new pair of Airpods since original was under warranty still. My wife inquired about the iPhone 14 and was given full description of its features. After deciding to purchase it, they transferred all details from original iPhone to new one. All of the above were done without us feeling hurried. We felt like we were at a high-end hotel, based on the service. Bravo Sq1 Apple Store!!!

No apologize came in till todayDisgusting service, more staff than customers which were busy in there own world.My 80 year old Aunt wanted to buy a Apple Watch one for her and one for her sister.The presentation was average, we choose and paid. This whole process took 35 minutes. We requested to please install it and make it compatible with iPhone, we waited another 25 minutes.The person who took care of her first tried to sell her series 8, because of her health issues. Then after 1hr.40 minutesmadam this watch is not compatible cause it’s old, so upon asking her why the person who was selling didn’t check.The answer was buy a new phone…So at the end we wasted 2hrs and 7 minutes for nothing. The lady was exhausted like hell.The worse Apple Store service and misbehaving with a senior citizen.Sorry but not acceptable.

February 2023 4*Apple Store is always favourite place to visit but this store is very busy. You can find variety of Apple stuff.The only recommendation is that customer service can be good. The staff is very good and helpful. The challenge is to find the person who can help you. They should start coupon system so that you know you are in queue.We bought Apple Watch and the staff member was helpful and patient to help you.

Pain having to drive to the mall sadly but service is on point! Employees are knowledgeable and helpful! Also so seem less to take my money and get your products which is nice, minus the take my money part ?.Went in to pick up my spare watch band for my Apple Watch I got on Monday. Definitely didn’t like the band, so ended up swapping me right there, made it easy and was very understanding.Keep it up hats off to Johnny, along with the manager Trin or Lisa, can’t remember her name and there was one other guy.

Have been there on multiple occasions. Some of their staff is really good and helpful but there seems to be chaos every time you visit there. There’s so much rush that somewhere you feel that they tend to lose focus on customer service in my view. Most of the staff while helping seems to be in a rush too and you can feel it. I have provided feedback on 2 occasions and both times store manager did call me and took feedback but no improvement. Apple is known for their excellent customer service but you do not get the same experience in their square one store. I don’t feel comfortable visiting the store, the way they treat you, one can easily sense that you are not welcome kind of a feeing. In comparison Apple store at Sherway Gardens is 100X better in terms of delivering excellent customer experience and you feel like they really welcome you in their store
