07/15/2023 I went to this store just needed to check the scent of some product I wanted to buy. The sales rep Bonnie gave superb service with extensive product knowledge.5☆ for Bonnie.3☆ for Aveda credit payment system, it's down on a Saturday !

I came in today with a bit of knowledge on the Aveda product offering.. but I was blown away by the top notch service I received from, Bonnie, the rep working the store alone this evening.She was attentive to all of my requests and provided a wealth of knowledge and information you’d have to sift hours through online. She worked with me to make recommendations based on my hair type and based on the overall aesthetic I was after for my hair care.I felt completely at ease, as though a good friend was making recommendations based on what would work for me - vs a sales person trying to meet their quotas. We went through various products and I ended up leaving with 3 items I know are going to offer me the look and scalp hydration that I was initially after.She then let me know about the store sign up offer of 15% off which ended up saving me a total of nearly 30.00 off my purchase, and then loaded me up with free samples of shampoo and conditioner that allow me to trial a few more of the Aveda product pool, so next time I come back I’ll have a better idea of what items work with my hair and offer the hydration and protection I’m after.Thank you for an awesome first time experience to an Aveda shop front, if you’re lucky enough to get Bonnie in the store - you’re in very good hands from someone who cares about matching the right product with the right person. Truly an exceptional customer experience, thank you! 10/10!!!

I was almost insulted by the customer service rep at the store today November 17, 2022 The person was looking at his phone for about good 3minuts or so I was standing in front of cash desk …I ASKED ABOUT PROMOTIONS customer service gave me LOOK LIKE ARE YOU CHEEP WOMEN!!!! No we don’t have any that was un respond back to me !!!! I just SPENT 164$ on one ITEM !!!SHAMPO !!!! It was UNBELIEVABLE U HAVE THAT KIND OF RUDENESS IN YOUR STORE !!! I will go back to HEALTH STORES FOR MY PRODUCTS!!!! I usually do not write bad experiences BUT TODAY I WAS DISRESPECTED BY PERSON THAT GETS SALARY FROM ME !!!! No more ….

I’ve visited this locations plenty of times before and the employees have always been great, i went in today and was helped by Diana, she was working alone and very busy but she still went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She was very transparent and informative. Customer service at its finest.

They are trying hard they really are. Everything feels different about shopping now because the whole mall is different. Covid has changed things thats forsure, but my experience still remains best in class, they are very knowledgable and take their time with you. I feel grateful they are being so safe because some others stores don't seem to care as much and its kind of scary to be honest. Square one Aveda made me feel safe, clean, I didn't have to touch anything in the store and they even sanitize the bottle before they put it in your bag.

I have been buying Aveda for over 10 years. Same product from 2 different locations. This was my first time at this location. Never again! The reps didn't know what they are doing.Worst Customer Sercice I have experienced for sure.
