“Great shop. Huge inventory, huge range in selection. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, patient, no gate-keeping vibes. I had just purchased my first fixed gear (used, independent of the shop) and Zach proved a huge resource, as his wealth of knowledge and passion about cycling goes far beyond just the shop. Couldn't recommend this shop enough, whether you're a casual cyclist, a mountain biker, a fixed gear rider, or a road bike guy. Big shop, big service department, great staff”

“My partner and I were biking from Toronto (about 35 km away) when I had an issue with my rim. This shop was the only one kind enough to take me in as a walk-in, and I’m so grateful they did. The staff were incredibly caring, and took the time to thoroughly check my bike. Really appreciated their attitude and kindness.”

“Awesome service as always from the folks at the Mississauga location. Had a rear tire puncture and walked in without an appointment, got the puncture fixed , brakes and derailleurs adjusted and out the door in less than 20 mins and at a very reasonable price. I made the mistake of trying a couple of other bike shops , one of them didn't want to touch my bike because it has been converted to an ebike. No such issues with GEARS, they will always be my go to for any parts or repairs.”

“I had a great first experience at Via Ciclante. Went in to look at some bibs and ended up talking to Scott for over an hour about all kinds of equipment. He was super friendly and willing to answer all of my questions, and share advice based on his personal experience. Will definitely be back. Thanks again Scott!”
