“Great services from the moment I called for an appointment to the end of the job. I got an appointment within 24 hours. He arrived on time and was done within the time frame stated. He was very helpful and did very good work. We needed a new tap outside our house as ours had broken off. He also gave us tips on how not to have this problem again and other plumbing pointers. We also purchased the lifetime service plan for any future plumbing needs. It was slightly more expensive than we expected but good service and we like to support small businesses when we can.”

“I was building a loft bed and needed a bunch of lumber. I visited home depot first, but they had limited supply of lumber and when I asked to have a 4×4×10 cut in half, the employee said they don't do that.
So I went to Rona, and I was very much satisfied with the customer service. The lumber guy told me info about the different types of lumber and was able to cut them for me to fit my small car. Even the 4×4. He was helpful and patient with me when I was searching for the best looking lumber.
Overall great service. Will be back here again whenever I need lumber.”

“This place is a great help. Went in once a couple months ago for 1 bolt that had been missing from some furniture and they gave it to me for free. Went in on saturday for another bolt. Offered 5 dollars to buy 1 bolt so they could offset some of the costs when someone only needs 1 bolt or nut and they said not to worry about it. They gave me the one bolt! Generous and nothing but gentlemen working here.”
