Claudio is a great, honest man with the best service! He is located just behind Clarkson Go Station. I highly recommend him for car repairs/ service.

After several disappointing experiences with Honda and a local garage (begins with S and ends in L) I was at loss on who I could trust with the repairs on my 2010 Honda Civic. My brothers and a friend referred me to Caruso’s Service Centre on Royal Windsor Drive. Apparently, they’ve been going to him for years. They assured me that Claudio was a man who earns your trust.
I brought my car to him on Thursday (October 23), it’s been making the most embarrassing sound, along with a list of ‘Deferred’ repairs Honda said needed to be done. Claudio spent about 30 minutes assessing the car and took it for a brief ride – after which he explained the most important repair that needed to be done and removed the offending noise maker (all free of charge). He quoted me a price (which I found very reasonable and less then Honda by about $200). I booked an appointment for the next day (was amazed he could accommodate me) and picked my car up later that evening.
My only regret is not knowing about Caruso’s sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money, but most importantly a lot of worry.
I will be bringing my car back to Caruso’s for any future repairs, service and tire swaps.

If you are looking for a shop in the lower Mississauga/Oakville area this is the place to go. Honest and extremely fair. I could not recommend a better place. I have been using Caruso’s Service Centre for a couple of year now and I have 3 vehicles that are only serviced there. Thank you all you do.

Claudio’s mechanical skill is only matched by his honesty, something not quite common in his trade. This is some of the best service you’ll find anywhere in this area, and I can’t recommend his place enough if you need repairs for your vehicle.

If your looking for an honest licensed mechanic, go see Claudio! I made the mistake of going to a different auto shop when I moved cities and going back to Caruso's for any work I need done was the best decision I could have made. He puts in the extra time and care to make sure the work is done right. Would recommend 10/10!

Claudio is a genuine stand-up guy. He did great work, is honest (even when he could have tried taking advantage) and overall, exactly the type of person you want working on your vehicle and giving you advice about it.
Earned himself a customer and highly recommended if you're on the fence. Good work, good pricing and leaves you feeling great about it all!

Was recommended to Caruso's and will definitely continue to go there. The convenient location (right next to the Clarkson GO Train) meant I could drop my car off, head to work on the train, and walk across the parking lot to pick it up at the end of the day. Even better, Claudio was great. He adds a personal touch and care you can't find at a dealership. To have access to a licensed mechanic with 46 years of experience practically in my backyard is terrific.

Incredible licensed mechanic. Attention to detail, kind, honest are only a few words to describe Claudio and his team! Claudio ensured I was aware of everything, and even kept the parts and took pictures to make sure I knew what was going on with my car which is not something you see often. Will be coming back for all repairs and regular maintenance from now onward :) anyone looking for a great mechanic, this is the place to go.

Claudio is a very honest and an exceptional mechanic. I brought my car in on Thursday and he had many cars ahead of mine. He made every effort to accommodate my request to have my car ready.
He managed to get the required part and completed the repair the next day.
I would recommend him to all friends and family and will be bringing my car to him for maintenance and repairs going forward.
Good honest mechanics are very hard to find.

Claudio is an amazing honest guy who will go out of his way to help you and make it a pleasant car service experience for you. He came recommended by couple of friends and I am so glad to take my Acura to his shop for brake inspection and a few different oil changes. I dropped off my car at his shop on the morning and took the Go train to office downtown. On the way back, I was running late but Claudio waited for me an hour past his closing time so I can pick up the car the same day. He even called me to assure he will not close until I get there. In addition to top notch service, the prices are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend the shop for any car service repairs.
