This is my second year in a row coming here for my safety inspection, and once again, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and thabks for working with my schedule to make it stress-free. The customer service is outstanding. Was very friendly, professional, and clear in explaining the process. The inspection was done efficiently, and I left feeling confident everything was handled right.

I was having some issues with my car and also needed basic maintenance done... I called early in the morning to see about getting an appt and they took me in right away. Staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They explained every step/procedure they were doing in an honest and genuine manner. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and had my car in and out in a timely manner. This will definitely be where I continue to bring my car. Thank you again !

8:30am on my way to work, noticed a flat/low tire, drove to the closes shop to my house (Autopro 5020 Mclaughlin)..Walked in with my vehicle's ownership ready to give them my information to have them take a look and repair my tire. The person at the desk she/he/they/them, was unwelcoming and rude right off the bat..said my wait will be long and that both mechanics are about to go on a road test together..I left and waited in my car until the other shop opened and got the tire repaired. As i waited in my car (25min) no mechanic went on a road test! in fact, both mechanics took 2 other cars into the bay as these cars arrived, registered at the desk then drove in. Not sure was was wrong with that person at reception, but i suspected Racism. Awful experience. Save yourself the disappointment and do not go there. Vida

I visited here for my car maintenance. I trust this workshop and left car. After 2 days they said it's clear come and collect. I paid $670 for the repair. Just 5 km run the the fault again came. It's not repaired.
There are cheating. Please don't go.

The customer service here is top-notch—every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of.
The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in how they treat their customers. The pricing was also fantastic—great value for such high-quality service.

I had such a great experience at Auto-pro. The team was friendly, professional, and really seemed to care about helping me. They figured out what was wrong with my car quickly, explained everything clearly (without making me feel clueless), and gave me a fair price for the repair.
What I appreciated most was how they went out of their way to keep me informed and make the whole process as smooth as possible. My car is running perfectly now, and I’m so glad I chose them.
