If I could rate this branch 0 I would. The branch manager was very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Not a word of please or thank you when she talks to me. Not event a friendly eye contact. I usually respect older people, because I trust them with their expertise and experiences. But that old lady branch manager DOES NOT DESERVE to be respected at all. She knows better than anyone how to deliver a good customer service and she chose not to. Awful person.

They said they would mail me my credit card in my home address within 10 days, but didn’t. When I called them they said they would send me a new one into the nearest branch in another next 3 days still didn’t. The main point is they’re rarely available to pick up the call, if they do they just keep on forwarding the call and for every forwarded call, id have to give out my information each time and waste my time for nothing . Yet they still don’t solve the issue. I applied for the card on april 28, its already June 19. Theyll just say they’ll make a new one and send it to my home address within 3 business days but i assure you, they won’t. Very poor service. I genuinely regret opening account with them.

I have banked at this branch for 35years and in the last 1yr the service is so bad. Try even calling their phone system and you get looped around and just hear Helena voice and cannot speak to a person. Lets get back to basics - customer service and not robot service!

Came to deposit coins, already rolled, and was told to come back in 30 mins because the person at the desk was going on lunch, when there were at least 3 other employees present.

Visited due to card lock. A very young lady told me she cannot do this as she has to call Mastercard customer service and wait for 30 minutes. Asked me to go to another branches for help. I will and never come to this branch as it is useless
