You want me to give you a Google review, oh here it is.
From the beginning they were already not good at their job. They washed my car doors with a water hose. They were so unprofessional and even got the inside of my car and my feet wet. After the car wash they cleaned my interior. To be honest they were very fast and I didn't like the cleaning they did to my car. They didn't even clean my pedals. And they didn't polish my dash board. I paid $45 for nonsense. There's so many of them that cleaned my car but they didn't clean it properly at all. Take note. I've been here before and I've never experienced anything like this before. The cleaners are great back then. I don’t know what happened. I’m guessing maybe they’re not the same people from before.
For anyone trying to get their car clean here, DON’T COME HERE. It’s a waste of money and time. There’s another location along the way on Dundas St. Just go there instead. They’re more professional with their job. And there’s more people coming there. When I used to come here before, they have a lot of customers coming in but now they don’t. I’m not surprise at all because of their unprofessional work. I’m so disappointed!
Unfortunately, they don’t give receipt.

Very great car wash and did a great job on my minivans interior they even vacuumed my kids booster seat as a small request definitely will go back for car cleaning

Extremely disappointed with the “Ultimate” wash service. The entire process took barely 10 minutes and was clearly rushed. The dashboard was lazily wiped, not cleaned. Floor mats were left nearly the same as when I arrived—definitely not vacuumed as advertised. My center console also had some water or spray drops, very hard to remove. Also many drop marks on my seats. They have no care to remove it or even acknowledge the drops, just ignored it and left it. When I tried to remove it, it wouldn’t come off, I had to scrape my seat in order to remove it. Why should I be risking the damage on my seats and console because of the mistake of the staff? My door side panel also had some marks that weren’t there before. The staff were unprofessional—more focused on talking amongst themselves than doing their job. One of the workers stared at me the entire time and mumbled something under his breath as I was getting into my car. If they were expecting a tip, the quality of work certainly didn’t warrant one. Poor service, careless staff, and zero attention to detail. Not worth the money or time.

Good machine car wash at a good price. I just got the cheapest option but they offer upgraded versions of the external and also interior washes too.

I go to a different place in Markham, compared to that this was an extremely horrendous experience.Inside cleaning was horrible. Had to windex and wipe all inside glass myself afterwards.Had to clean the rubber Matt’s with soap myself it still looked dirty. Had to wipe down the central console when I got home.All plastic on dash had spray drops on them I had to wipe down everything myself afterwards with car cleaner.The stuff they used on the tire ended up on plastic parts on my door and won’t come off will have to wash car again. It was on my plastic Matt too.Nobody is looking for detailing level service but don’t increase the cleaning work. Personnel need training.

Car wash is good for price and service IF done right. Unfortunately my white car by the end of the carwash had obvious circle stains everywhere on the car after exiting the carwash. When I showed this to the people working on interior they said don’t worry and manually wiped some marks. However they are still on majority of the vehicle. I hope they come off after. When I see it n notice the marks it makes me so upset to have paid to make my car get stains.Pls fix your carwash and this issue! Do NOT recommend.

Great service once it was explained to me where to enter and follow-up for interior detailing. My car looks great. I did the basic detailing for $35 + tax. Shiny and clean! Thanks!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, bar none.Just got back from a road trip long road trip and car was a mess, ut 8 dollars in coin op machine, no pre soak soap, no soap period. Asked for help and showed the first guy, sure enough, no soap. The only other wash they offer is with the mops (brush), said I only want no touch wash and just wanted my money back so I could leave. After he left to to get my money back I see him helping other customers and eventually he points me to another employee, person 2 said no problem after I said no touch wash, and he would wash it himself. Then he tells me to hurry up and bring my car around after I've been wasting my time there.I bring it around and he says your car isn't washed, I told him because there was no soap I didn't bother wasting my time, I sprayed the floor to wait for soap to come out and it never did. He then treats me like a criminal trying to steal from him. I tell him if he wants to go count the money in the machine to go take a walk. We continue to argue and he eventually calms down, probably remembering their machines are in fact garbage. He starts using the pressure washer on my car (no soap) then I see him reach for his mop at which point I reach my tipping point, I've had enough, start my car and start leaving all the while he's yelling at me here's soap and shows me a spray bottle, and tells more that I'm not listening as I leave, they STOLE my money and my time.

I came here to use the self serve coin wash and the only part that worked was the rinse. The soap brush and any of the other features didn't work at all. I wasted my money and I will not return.
