Went to go buy sectional couch and coffee table.
They had good variety of stuff i was looking for , Shan and Ali helped me pick the right couch for me.
Huge store, affordable prices and helpful staff.
Will definitely go back.

Where do I even start... WORST experience.Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. We paid for a custom sofa- Where it was not made to our specification. On delivery it would not fit because it was NOT made correct so we were left with no sofa, as we discarded our old one before delivery. As we tried to contact the person who sold us the sofa, he was unreasonable and RUDE, did not listen to the problem and did NOT want to come up with any solution. Making this all worse than it already was. Saying we had to PAY extra... for Lord knows what.. He made some drawing in private and said we had agreed to something that we did not.. & was not open to the idea that there was obviously some sort of miscommunication. He told me to come in the next day, that he would be working. And thankfully he was not because when we came into the store we talked to what I suppose is the owner, as he was much more friendly and open to some sort of compromise with us. At this point we were still in need of a sofa & it took 5 weeks to make this , 1 week later then the date of completion. We agreed that we would take the same sofa, they would just take off the arms and assemble it in the house. Even though it was completely different than what we wanted. - The nice thing to have been done would have offered some kind of compensation, right? well, wrong. After another couple of days, that same sofa was delivered. Now we should of just asked for our money back but we needed something in the house. It's unreal people talk about the quality of the items because coming unassembled we could see the sofa was just a wood frame with nothing inside. basically all wood and NO SPRINGS, no nothing inside! literally empty. It is the most uncomfortable overpriced regretted disappointment. if you are looking for a custom sofa, use COZEY with an E. They are actually a well known brand that seems to be a play off this companies name.

If I can rate in the negative, I would and even want to file a BBB/Consumer complaint. I bought 6 chairs there, specifically asked where the chairs were made, they told me from EUROPE, the box came and they are from CHINA. Flat out lied and not honest. Charged us Europe prices for China material. I'm so mad. Please see photos below of the chairs I bought and NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Do not EXPECT any reasonable SERVICE if you go to buy from this store in Mississauga. Didn't call us about the order for 2-month until we went to check with them, and delivery was promised by 5 PM and didn't likely started the delivery service until 6 PM and did not arrive until 10 PM. Worst service in our experience.

Superb purchase and experience at Cozy Living. Shan is a great person, taking his time over several weeks to allow us to make the perfect set of purchases - dining table and chairs, server, mattress, and night stands. Delivery was extra, but at a minimal amount compared to price of furniture. Table was assembled on the spot. No problem with delivery or any damage during transport. Nearly a year later, everything still working well.Only downside is products are on the higher end, however, quality definitely exceeds majority of other big box stores.

Very Poor customer service, they do not keep their commitment. I DO NOT recommend this place, better to go to big box stores where they care more about returning customers, very disappointed in the couches we bought and I ll be sure to tell as many people as I can Not to go there and have the same experience I did, extremely unsatisfactory product and customer service.

Bought a dining table chair set 3 years ago the leg broke and they said discontinued and can not help .. do whatever with the broken chair leg .. reticula’s just keep show full furniture on showroom but don’t back the quality .. would not buy again from them ever

Buying the couch was ofcourse easy and everyone was nice at the store, but the minute they hear you are not satisfied with the product or looking for help, they say its not our problem, you have to deal with the manufacturer. They even stop responding to emails and phone calls. Very disappointing way to do business, I will never refer anyone to this store and will never buy any furniture there again. Our couches are so uncomfortable and have a poor quality. The store refuses to return or exchange. I dont recommend it.
