Reliable delivery service! I’ve used them for about a year. They have gone the extra mile for me even printing labels and manifests if I haven’t. They could improve the software so you could paste the entire address at one time (for manual entry).

I do not recommend this company. I ordered a parcel through them, I’ve been waiting for 1 month for them to send from New York to Toronto!!!! I do not recommend the manager promised that he would resolve the issue, but my package never arrived in the amount of $600. I will look for another company! I ask why it’s taking so long, they say we’re not the owners, we don’t know!

I order a package fromWalmart USA, was sent by fedex with tracking number wellCross boarder pick up never received, what kind of business is this. They don’t even guarantee that there will be someone at the address that can receive the package.

So incompetent. I ordered from the States, really high prices for shipping so I decided to send back. Filled out the forms to send back which also cost extra. Still cost me almost 200 to send back and guess what? They sent them to me!! And no one to call to speak to. Frustrated. I would say zero stars. Just no option

I would give zero stars if I could.I have used this service for years. Since covid, the service has nosedived to the point beyond frustration.Whenever there is an issue, there is no recourse or customer service or any way to discuss the issue.I have never ever falsified any order and have always paid the approperate taxes and duties to avoid any potential issues.I have had items delivered damaged and had to pay admin fees because of it. And now, I have been charged $60 because apparently the country of origin was wrong.I have now given CPB about 50% of what I paid for the item to begin with.With no one to talk to, and zero customer service, it's pay the fee or lose the package.I bought the item from the states, that's the origin. If it was made somewhere else, how would I know that?CBP use to be a customer friendly business. Now it's all about how much money they can bleed from their customers without recourse.Shame on you CBP...

Absolutely brutal!!! This business use to be decent and now they have completely changed. They had my package for over a month and took days to respond to my emails about what location it was at as their online portal isn’t working. When I picked up they told me I had to be patient as they were working on their website. I would use CBI in the USA and pick up myself next time.
