I bought a DEWALT - 2X20V MAX* 21-1/2 in. Brushless Cordless Push Mower June 1 2023. I live in Canada so I might have used it a dozen times. Yesterday the battery died before I finished my postage size lot. It was apparent the battery died. Home depot where I bought would not refund the purchase as it was 1 month pass their warranty period. DO NOT buy this product.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I brought in a broken Proto Phillips #2 screw driver in October. It is now almost April and when I'm able to get a hold of someone, they say it's on back order and also say \"it's coming from the states!\" Like that's a huge deal. I call and usually they don't answer and when they do, they will actually hang up when I mention I've been waiting since October. I have always used DeWalt/proto but from now on I will go somewhere else. One of the worst places I've dealt with. They don't even want to give you paper work that you dropped off the tool. This place is GARBAGE!

I went to DeWalt to exchange a hammer, and they said the warranty was voided because a metal hammer had surface rust. I bought that hammer for construction, not to hang up picture frames. What a joke.

Had a laser die and brought it to exchange and was offered a replacement but it also died and when I went back instead of honoring the three years limited warranty since the laser is defective they offered me a trade up for a laser that costs $300 plus tax but the laser I originally purchased from Home Depot cost $170 originally. I thought dewalt is supposed to be a reliable and reputable company since I have all my tools from dewalt I was very wrong.

I paid $800 for a tool that broke within 1 month of use. I left it at authorized and they took 2 months to answer me about it. Now they lost my tool and they are not answering my emails, they don't want to give me my money back, they don't have proof that it was delivered and to whom it was delivered. Garbage place do not recommend to anyone. horrible customer service. Dewalt should be ashamed of themselves for having this place as an authorized repair facility for their products.We have already passed the 30 emails exchanged between this place (which claims to have made the delivery without proof) The store that sold it to me, dewalt, my building that requests some proof of delivery because nothing was received.

i spend 450$ on leaf blower not even a year old and service center in Edmonton very rude on the phone and wont warranty my tool shame on u dewalt i wont buy any dewalt tools anymore

Great service, i take all my dewalt tools for service here, also great deals on trade ins , brought all my older 18v tools here for trades. Also great price's for new tools.

Is there anyone who answers the phone? Absolutely not! Called 48 times in the past 3 weeks, no one answered the phone! So I went there and found out why, guess what, they just not answering any phone call and for the only time they do, they told you to hold, and NEVER call back

Have had tools in for service here in the past without issue but I dropped of a tool a month and a half ago and no word, I have called a dozen times at all times of the day to follow up and never get an answer.

I had to exchange my Stanley Fat Max 14 oz hammers, Stanley Fat Max tape, Stanley chalk line and more. Vish and Marco made sure that my warranty exchanges were accurate and in a timely manner . I was really impressed with their costumer service . Keep up the good work!

We keep calling as a part on our Dewalt nail gun is recalled and we just want to get one to replace ourselves. No one answers the phone or you only get the automated voice who ends up hanging up on you as well. And when you go to the Canadian website for the part it takes you to the USA one and then says doesn’t ship it Canada. Even called the USA help line and they call the Canada Dewalt and when they hear the automated the hang up and then the automate Canada line hangs up on you too.

Sent my tool in over a month ago under warranty. Been calling the past week to get an update. Whenever I hit a number for repair or an operator, the phone line goes dead and ends the call.Haven’t had a single update from them and can’t get in contact with them. Not very good customer service for people who are in possession of your expensive tools.I’m also in Hamilton, so it’s harder for me to just drop by the office since no one answers the phone.Maybe this review will help me get in contact with them.

5 star to a 1 star. Promised a 5 day warranty replacement. One month later nothing. Just today I called 3 times on hold ... twice for 25 minutes and then a hang up. Sales rep said this is "normal" Finally got through and no replacement as of yet. Asked for manager to call me back... no return call... Come on Dewalt.
