Very Bad Quality, Never do business with them.There are many other digitizing companies out there. DigitEmb is awful, Don't waist your money or your time. Yes, they will tell you they do not know who you are. Yeh right... They send all there designs out to pakastan and they have no idea what there doing. I wonder if they have even seen an embroidery machine... This guy is just a middle man.Very Bad Company.......

False Advertising! I received and email with a promotional order for $5.00 digitizing. The special states: Special Offer For First Order!! - Any cap of chest logo digitized for $5.00 (regardless of the stitch count). So I sent my logo and was told by Ethan (Marketing Executive) that my logo is too complex. He states the offer mentions on the website that *conditions applied. But nowhere on the website does it say what those conditions are. Call me crazy, but when you say - regardless of the stitch count - that means any logo can be done for $5.00! After much back and forth with Ethan about what the conditions are, he finally tells me in all capital letters - "WE HAVE RIGHTS TO ACCEPT THE LOGO ON SPECIAL OFFER OR NOT". Will never be using this company with that type of customer service and false advertising!

First time needing something digitized and was a little overwhelmed with the amount of website offering the service. Glad i went with DigitEMB! had my order to me within 48 hours, simple easy to follow setup and exactly what i wanted in the end. Preciate y'all.
