I was looking for something and usually i keep
One hand in my pocket where my phone is it my habbit n the old lady working over there misunderstood that i stole something but instead of talking to me directly she started to yell in the store somebody put some thing in pocket by looking at me n i was like crazyy u r accusing me without any proof this is disrespectful. She should have came to me n cleared everything instead of accusing me in front of public. N m the regular customer of this store almost every day i visit this store. Sorry to say but i will never visit this store again.

Extremely bad customer service. Staff is not helpful and has an attitude. The cashiers don't even speak or understand English when asked a question. Dollarama, Do better when hiring!!!!

I visited this Dollarama yesterday and needed help with a product placed on a high shelf. Unfortunately, when I asked one of the staff members (an older lady) for assistance, she responded rudely and told me to search myself without even listening to my request. This was disappointing, as I had to wait for another staff member to come. Thankfully, the next staff member, a young lady, was very polite, professional, and helped me right away . I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I hope management will address this issue and provide training or guidance to staff on how to treat customers properly, as good staff make the shopping experience much better.

Cashier here charges you double for your purchase and forgets to give you your items accurately.. upon checking the bill and comparing the items in the bag when asked cashier doesn’t take accountability and denies it.. had a worst experience..

Well organized neon light lite dollarama. I was looking for shoe polish but did not find it. However, I did find a cutting board, sewing kit, a Canada hat, snacks, and a few other things I did not need.
Perfect typical trip to dollarama.
