I recently had a fantastic experience at the Dynamite Square One location, thanks to their incredible team! Coleen, the in-house stylist, was exceptionally friendly and engaging. She took the time to ask about the occasion I was shopping for and really considered my inspiration photos, pulling together the perfect pieces. I loved how she provided full outfit styling and checked in with me regularly to ensure I was happy with everything. The outfits she chose were incredibly flattering, and I appreciated her diligence in checking stock for items I wanted to come back for.
Additionally, Noor greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I walked in. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and quickly pulled pieces that fit my description perfectly. This was truly the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Dynamite location!
The only suggestion I would have is for Dynamite to honor online sales in-store, which would make the shopping experience even better. Overall, I left happy.

I found the staff here way more helpful than the staff at the Heartland location. I went in on 10/28 and staff was willing to help me out and the girl in the changeroom had a very positive attitude. I will be bringing my business here from now on.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at dynamite thanks to their exceptional staff. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by Julia G who took the time to understand my style preferences and needs. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made it clear she was passionate about fashion and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect outfit.
Julia thoughtfully selected several pieces that suited my taste and body type. She offered insightful suggestions and created a cohesive look that exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and personalized service made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Overall, I left the store with a fantastic outfit for my job interview and a newfound appreciation for dynamite customer service. I highly recommend visiting this store for anyone in need of style advice and a great shopping experience.

Visited the store today, i have been shopping at dynamite for so long, went there for a return, was dealt by manager who was black woman who was racist to me, refused to do my return even though the item was in a good condition and had tags on. Will never visit this location, rudest staff, not recommended

Before I speak to this specific store I want to make it known that the online customer service for Dynamite is absolutely awful and useless. I have contacted their customer service MULTIPLE times this week about my order and the only response I get is "contact us in 2-3 business days" and when I do that the next response is "someone will contact you in 2-3 business days". It is clear that no one that works for this company wants to do anything in their job description. Now onto the store, I went into the store to see if it was possible that this location that is supposed to be receiving my online order would be able to help me find out what is happening with my order. It was my hopes that at least they could get on the phone with customer service OR distribution to find out what is going on with my order. The person I dealt with was absolutely awful, she had no customer service skills. I think the least the staff could have done was contacted customer service for me since they are not willing to assist their customers I figured they would at least do something in their job description when a store contacts them, but the staff at Dynamite are too lazy or incompetent to do that. Will not ever be shopping at this location or Dynamite and will be sharing my experience will friends and family as well.

Worst Dynamite location I have ever visited. Walked into the store to see 3 workers milling about. Not a single employee greeted me or even managed a smile, I wandered around with multiple items and no one offered a fitting room or even acknowledged I was a customer in the store. I then waited for a fitting room while staring at the miserable looking staff. Eventually I just walked in and grabbed one. Needed a different size but naturally, no workers wanted to work! I then went to ask for a different size and the girl rushed off before I could finish talking. This resulted in her not bringing the right top or size.
I verbalized that no one had helped or even greeted me and she said “oh”. She then forgot to take the sensor off my top and another worker finally noticed me when the alarm went off! Without a word she took the sensor off and I left.
HORRIBLE staff, HORRIBLE vibe and an extremely unpleasant shopping experience. Dynamite it’s time to re-train your staff.

A very unwelcoming store and environment. I came in and was instantly stared down by a blonde older women, Oksana who I assume was the manager which made me feel very uncomfortable. Incredibly messy store with little to no care for customers. Clothes felt really cheap and were already damaged and covered with deodorant stains. I would never return after this experience and I advice other people to do the there there are better stores out there to buy from and support.

I went with my friend and we were looking for cute skirts to wear for an event. For reference, I am a size 4/S. I found this beautiful long skirt, a silk brown one. The store only carried an extra small, so I decided to try it on either way. The skirt was really pretty, slightly tight around the hips, and a small definitely would have fit better, but regardless it was absolutely gorgeous and I could not order online and wait for it to arrive as that would take too long and I needed it urgently, so I decided to purchase it. As I was showing my friend, a manager Oksana, looked at me and told me that I looked like I needed a bigger size, I was very confused and I asked her what she meant by that, and she told me that I look fat and that it is very unflattering, she said that in front of my friend and it was very embarrassing. I ran out the store crying.

I'm so sad. I paid for a satin dress at full price just to take it home and see an oil (?) Stain on the collar. First and last time shopping at dynamite. And I asked for a second one because I saw an oil (could he moisturizer) stain on the one I tried on.

Blonde manager is a shrew and completely rude to any male who comes in with a companion who is shopping, hounds you for leaning or sitting on anything since the store provides NO seating. We left without buying anything - will get online
