This place has really great service and they do an incredible job of handling garments. We send at least a 100 blouses every summer to be dry cleaned from our dance academy. The blouses are of different fabrics, vibrant colours, some with ornamentation and tassels, and they've all come back to us feeling new. They've given our costumes a longer life span. We'll continue coming back to them every summer.

Very clean laundromat staff present at 11:00pm wiping down the machines which is always good to see. All new machines smallest wash load $3.50 wish they had a few $2 or $3 machines for very small loads but overall really convenient hours for early mornings or really late nights. Parking lot well lit and Rabba a few steps away open 247 is a plus.

In NO WAY should a business be open for business while under heavy construction. Thanks ever so much for the hearing loss, didn't even bother to finish drying my clothes today. I'll do my laundry in Lake Ontario before I ever come back, owners/managers should be ashamed.

Had to find a new spot for laundry because our usual place was out of water, and man, am I glad we stumbled upon this gem! The machines here are top-notch, and the place is super clean. But the real highlight? The owner – such a nice lady, super helpful and made the whole experience even better. Prices are pretty decent too, which is a cherry on top. Honestly, kinda bummed it's a bit too far for us to make it our go-to spot. If it were closer, we'd ditch our old coin laundry in a heartbeat. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're nearby!

I've been a long time customer of this laundromat for well over a decade, on and off throughout the years when it was still called Wash-Day Blues. I'm happy to see that the laundromat was taken over by new owners who actually put money and time into renovating it. It's like night and day.All of the dryers are completely brand new, and they are still installing new wash machines, but most of the older rusty ones are replaced with new digital Wascomat and Electrolux models. The dryers actually dry your clothes properly now, in a 30-35 minute cycle.Compare that to the old machines that were in service way beyond their lifespan, would never get your clothes dried.Newer machine prices:JUMBO LOAD $10.00TRIPLE LOAD $6.00DOUBLE LOAD $3.50JUMBO DRYER ($0.25 / 4 Min) (Top Machine)JUMBO DRYER ($0.25 / 5 Min) (Bottom Machine)SMALL DRYER ($0.25 / 6 Min) (Top Machine)SMALL DRYER ($0.25 / 7 Min) (Bottom Machine)On a side note, I would like to mention that periodically the coin change machine sometimes dispenses non-Canadian currency or non-currency tokens (not laundromat tokens that are common at some facilities). Please check your coins before walking away / putting them in your purse etc.The attendant was responsive to the concern and she will easily swap out the token / non-Canadian coin for a proper coin with no problems.Thank you for being available and renovating this very convenient location for us residents of Cooksville.

The worst experience ever with dry cleaning service. Took my Puff O2 jacket for dry cleaning including my blanket, my jacket got completely destroyed. Not even cleaned both my jacket nor the blanket. Paid $30 plus tips. Thank God my jacket had still warranty so I returned it but the had none in stock. The Filipino lady working there, she is disaster. She clearly doesn't know how customer service works. She reasoning with me as if I don't know anything about dry cleaning. Unfortunately, Dixie and Dundas laundry was close due to power outage. Otherwise I usually take them there but I thought this place should be as good. I called ahead and asked if they can dry clean my jacket and she assured me that she can. But it was not true and accurate. Hope no one takes their expansive jacket here to dry clean. Very unprofessional service. Never again. I want to know who runs this place and if the owner is aware of their stuff.

I’ve been doing my laundry at this location for quite some time… it’s great however I was super shocked to see that the workers of this location did not say anything to this man putting his feet into the carts that people use to put their clean clothes into. It’s one thing to be putting your dirty shoes into the cart but it’s even worse when the workers of the place condone it. I believe one of the workers may have not been working at that very moment… but he was talking along side this man smoking and having a conversation. Do what you want when not working but represent your workplace in a proper manner. Please DO NOT allow people to use the carts as a foot rest!!!
