Not much use making an appointment with this place if, when you book it 3 weeks in advance, you show up, and tell you that there is no booking, they can't fit you, and the next availible spot is more than a month away.Not to mention how it it possible that there's an extra upcharge for dog fur when there's never been a dog in the car?

I have been detailing my car for the past 10 yrs and wowww, I have never received such excellent services like the one I got from Eco Passion. My car looked new, felt new, smell new, which remind me of the first day I purchased it. Knowledgeable staff, know what they are doing. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants there car detailed.Yon

I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place. The staff there are bullies. When it is time to pick up your car it turns into a Jamaican gangster movie, "pay or else", at least this is how I felt. I felt bullied and threatened. I tried to resolve the issue a week later by trying to speak to the owner or manager as people do have bad days. When I called a week later, the response was "remember what happened last time" and hung up.

Radcliffe was the nicest and super focused on providing me with the best experience. I called in and he did not have spots available right away. He mentioned one of his customers might cancel and that he would call back to confirm if he could take me. He called back a couple of hours later and booked me in with very short notice.
Once I showed up, he was very upfront about the charges - no surprises at all. He very kindly drove me to my office and picked me up (not too far away from his shop). Superb service!!!
Now, on the car... He did an amazing job. I could not believe the change on both outside and inside. Every single detail was taken care of - the rims, the glove compartment, the console, you name it. I had salt built up on my mats and the carpet - he removed it all! Everything looks and smells like new. This is by far, the best auto detailing job I have ever seen.
Radcliffe just got himself a customer for life :)

Worst carwash service I've ever had..DO NOT go to this place. Not professional at all and as the other reviewer said, the owner takes every opportunity to charge you extra money. They are plenty of other car wash stores that offer way better service.

I wish I could give zero star..It is the worst car cleaning/detailing shop I've been to. It is a very small shop located at the end of an old and torn industrial land. Staff/owner are EXTREMELY RUDE!! They will look for every opportunity to charge you extra money. Even minor stains can easily bring you an additional $50 charge. I recommend everyone stay away from this shop.
