The issue isn't repairable, which sucks, but I really appreciate the honesty. Also the front desk guy was the amazing, probably the best customer service I've had at any repairshop.”

“So happy to have found this place! I had an issue with moisture or debris preventing my phone from charging through the USB-C port. I thought it would cost me to replace the port, but the lady kindly offered to place it on a heat pad and clean it. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, it was fixed. Super honest and helpful service. Highly recommend ⭐️”
