Never buy a carwash here or those of you who have monthly passes. Worst experience is when the attendant said that carwash conveyor is not working and won’t accept SUVs but sedan only. After 10 minutes of filling up gas and observing the carwash lane, a honda CRV went in and the attendant allowed the SUV in the carwash. Whoever the owner of this gas station fire out your carwash attendant whos on duty January 22, 2026 at 5:40PM. He is a dishonest employee projecting your company bad. This incident will be submitted to ESSO complaints department to deal with this employee’s bad work ethic.

I visited this location earlier today to buy cigarettes and beer and was served without issue. However, when I returned later that same day to purchase more beer, the experience was completely different.
Despite being 30 years old, I was asked for ID. While I understand the policy to check ID for those who look young, the cashier’s attitude was unprofessional and discriminatory. After I walked home and returned with my passport, the cashier continued to speak loudly in a foreign language to a Tim Hortons employee while serving me. He was visibly rude, failed to offer even a basic 'hello' or 'thank you,' and dismissively told me I should 'change my passport.'
As a Ukrainian, I cannot simply renew or change my passport right now due to the ongoing war. It is highly inappropriate for a gas station clerk to give unsolicited advice on legal documents while ignoring a customer to have a private conversation with a colleague. I should be able to shop without being treated with such disrespect. December 24th. Evening shift

Went here on December 9th around 11:30am, to purchase gas, waited 20 minutes in line, get to the front the lady working there told me gas is not available, they were doing a upgrade, no signage posted at the front door or on the pumps. Just terrible customer service and way to waste someone’s time

They refused to sell beer and had the area closed off by 10:55 when their sign says they sell until 11:00. I walked in at 10:58 on Saturday, Dec. 6 and there was no lineup so I should have been able to grab something and purchase it. A few others came in at the same time very disappointed that they decided to make up their own hours for beer & wine. They told me the beer won't scan after 10:55 which I believe to be a lie. I will be filing a complaint with Esso because thats just false advertising and arrogant by the staff.

This ⛽️ with a car wash and vacuum cleaner is very convenient for me. The staff is very friendly. The prices are almost the same as in other gas stations.

I’ve been coming to this Esso for at least 18 years. They have good service and a plethora of items to choose from if hungry or thirsty or even peckish. Carwash attendant today June 20 was awesome. Made sure my car was in Neutral, asked if I wanted touchless or brush then he wished me a good day with a little fist pump and we wished each other a good weekend. It’s these little things that make for a great customer experience. Well done!
