Pump 11 wasn't working and i paid and money gone but gas didn't dispened and deducted, cashier inside wasn't able to help also, if your pump not working please advise to put notice.

Who works with 40 dollars cash overnight per shift at the major gas station chain?
The other night I've stopped by to get some gas and few scratch tickets and handed in a 100 dollar bill for 35 dollars worth of gas, and the tickets, which came to 49 dollars, but the attendant said that he only has 40 dollars in the till.
He said that this is a normal practice because of the robbery prevention!
Then he proceeded to pursue me to spend 65 dollars so he can have 5 dollars left in his till!
What?
So you are pushing me to buy stuff that I don't need because you have no change to give back and talking about a potential robbery while trying to rob me!
I found a 20 dollar bill, so I handed it in and put a gas for it and left.
Not coming back either.

TERRIBLE customer service. The employee working the evening shift (9:40PM) on Friday, October 18th, 2024 refused to cash out my lottery tickets because of a “store policy”. I told him I was willing to get tickets in exchange for the winning scratch lottery tickets that I had, and he said he had no more scratch tickets. I have never entered a gas station with this kind of service. He was on his phone the entire time and had no customers so he definitely had the time to cash out my lottery tickets. Will not be returning to this gas station ever again. Hope the owner sees this and realizes what’s going on……… People like him are RUINING store businesses.
