The lady that this location managing the front should be fired for her unprofessional behavior and mannerism towards paying customers , she is a bad look for the business and brand image . Trys speaking to customer like we re in India or sumthin . It's a shame to spend money here . Would not recommend location to good Canadians .

Very nice and convenient gas station, staff here is very friendly and assisting customers with any help if needed. Prices at this gas station is better compared to others in the area.

I always stop by this gas station as it’s near my work place. I’m not one to post google reviews as I hate the impact it has on local businesses. But since I asked the worker for management information and he refused to give it. I am here to complain about the poor service of the worker “MAHARSHI”. I stopped to fuel up and buy a pack of smokes like I usually do. And I always appreciate workers verifying age before selling them! However when I showed MAHARSHI my ID and he verified that I’m clearly of age. He refused to sell me and demanded while yelling to see the expiry date as it wasn’t showing through my wallet. Mind you if it wasn’t for his attitude I wouldn’t have had any issues taking it out of my wallet to show it to him. AND I DID SO EVEN AFTER HE YELLED. When I asked him why are you yelling he said because you refused to show me your ID out of your wallet. Then the customer beside me said you should have showed him ur ID from the beginning. So now, I’m talking to the customer explaining to him that I have showed him my ID before and was talking to the other customer when MAHARSHI YELLS CAN YOU HURRY UP AND PAY! He had grabbed the wrong type of smokes and when I asked him and told him I asked for another one he yells no you said this and I asked you to verify.
Now maybe I over reacted BUT GETTING YELLED AT is unacceptable and MAHARSHI should have been trying to de-escalate the situation after CLEARLY VERIFYING MY AGE AND MY VALID ID. But instead he proceeded to yell and when I pointed out that he grabbed the wrong kind of smokes he should have just switched it instead of YELLING at me once again. I swear it’s always him that’s giving attitude and yelling at someone every time I’m there to buy coffee or smokes. It’s a shame to see such terrible behaviour and customer service when it’s so easily avoidable. I hope MAHARSHI changes his attitude as it’s CLEARLY not good for business. And I hope management makes sure that customer feedback is taking seriously as it’s one of the most important ways to better and improve business. When I told him I’d rather not complain and just contact management. While I was trying to read his name tag. He took it off and loudly put it infront of me saying go ahead. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Worst experience. The guy in night , without any reason began argument regarding ids. That guy should know how to ask for IDs.

I am a regular client of Esso circle k.Just this early morning around 7:20,I went to gas refilling station. I encountered a very rude saleslady on this dixie and Eglinton. She keeps on calling me liar in front of so many costumers lined up. Here is the scenario - I purchased regular gas, my fault is I didn't check my receipt after payment and went straight to get a coffee at Tim's. When I'm about to fill up my tank,I am wondering why? She came to me and said: I keep on asking you 3 times what you need to fill up. I said you only asked me ones and I said regular and no car wash. That's where she started to call me a liar many times. That's where I noticed that in my receipt, she issued ESUPR instead of EREG. That is my fault, I didn't check my receipt before I left the counter. I even asked her to review the CCTV if it's my fault.My only point here is she shouldn't humiliated me like that in front of others. Calling me liar nonstop without any valid reason. For me,if it's my fault i will certainly say sorry... I just felt so sad that up to now still stocked in my mind someone calling liar.
