  I had a frustrating experience at this gas station. I tried to pay with a gift card, but the first staff member didn’t know how to process it, and I ended up waiting a long time. When another staff member came to help, they served the customer behind me first instead of honoring my turn. It felt very rude and disorganized. The staff clearly need better training, especially on gift card payments. I hope management improves customer service and staff training.

  Got stuck in the car wash, called the station from inside the wash, the operator came and manually operated it for a little bit. My car was filthy afterwards, with soap and streaks on it.
  
  I asked for a re-wash, the attendant said no, even though I offered to show him my car.
  
  I asked for a refund, he said no, the wash did its job.
  
  My car left dirtier than before I got there.

  This Esso gas station has become a huge disappointment. I come here often and always buy 5 to 8 yogurt and blueberry pastries for my kids — it’s part of our routine. But today, the staff member working (shown in the photo) completely refused to cook them. He claimed “we don’t do that before 5 AM” and that it’s “cookie time only” — a policy that doesn’t exist anywhere in writing.
  
  This is the worst kind of service — lazy and made-up rules just because he didn’t feel like doing his job. What makes it worse is that another employee, who works at the same location, always helps me. If nothing is cooked, he cooks them fresh and even prepares extra for other customers. That’s what good service looks like.
  
  But today? I got attitude, refusal, and nonsense. And I was actually sold uncooked pastries, which is not only unacceptable but potentially unsafe
  
  If this location is going to display food and offer a “fresh bakery,” they need to train their staff properly. Either provide the service you advertise or take the food out of the case.
  
  I’m done giving this place my money until something changes. Shame on whoever’s managing this location.

  Tonight had a problem with using my bank card. Tried two pumps, and neither would except it. There was nothing wrong with my card as I used it previously and afterward. This is the second time this problem has occurred. It's the two pumps beside the bushes. Also, the one on the other side, closest to the Erin Mills exit.
  I believe it's because they don't seem to clean the scanners often enough.

  Horrible car wash employee and owner purposely made me wait and waste 45 mins and made my dad drive 15 minutes at 10pm to come show a code to file a report which I was already showing him and then when I proved to him the code is the exact same he said isn’t a code they provide he tried lying and saying u showed me something from petro … the employee is a straight goof who needs to be fired speaking in slang acting like a tough guy and the owner sat and watched and came out the office as I told his employee to shut up and do his job as he kept wasting time they really try hard to make u not get ur free wash after they mess up

  This gas station is located on Erin Mills Parkway southbound, before QEW exit ramp. It has both gas and diesel pumps and their prices are competitive with other gas stations in the area.
  
  There’s a Circle K convenience store at the station, in case you need to purchase snacks, juice, etc. or you need assistance with payment.
  
  This gas station has a Circle K car wash as well.

  Excellent quality car wash, BUT, it takes 5 mins per car so be prepared to wait. 4 cars in front of me, total time waiting 25mins. Stuck in the queue so I had to just wait it out.
  
  Also the staff inside are not friendly at all.
