The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to purchase a box to package my return and the lady at the desk put the box together for me and taped it up. I have never had anyone do that before! That was so thoughtful. I wish they were open on weekends but that doesn’t stop me from using their shipping services again.

Went here to drop something off at Fed Ex. Was a very quick and easy process. Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in and scanned my box to be returned. The employee also printed a receipt as my confirmation for the package I was sending. I could see the were 2 other employees working there so it looks like they would be able to accommodate a few customers walking in at the same time. This location is also a print shop for large and small scale businesses.
