Terrible company. Horrid shoes - walk pleasure ones. Needed to return them but didn’t have the order number - no return was possible, despite them knowing all my details including when and where the order was shipped! Terrible customer service; they didn’t even bother responding the BBB…simply ignored them.

Customer service is terrible with Geox Canada. You can't return in store, you are charged shipping fees to return an item. I bought an item and it went on sale before it even arrived, they would not refund the difference. CSR on the phone are very rude. I'm sorry Geox, these are not acceptable business practices nowadays.
